WHAT, no Jerry Donahue Lead Tele pickup! 😉 The SD Quarter Pound measures 17K Ohm while the BG1400 pegs the Ohm meter at 29.2k! IMO, the ash body and single coil are the only way to go (but that is just me), Guitar "A" sounded great. Great Content, Thank You.
Thank you very much. Those are three more I’d love to try someday. The BG1400 is one I strongly considered for one of my guitars before I ultimately decided to keep it stock. The ash body with the single coil definitely has the most traditional Tele sound. I think the Hot Lead is probably the one most would like the best unless they truly want a humbucker sound in a Tele.
@@jonathancalhoun4853 Yes, some players want a humbucker (non-traditional) Tele bridge pickup tone, and I can certainly understand that. Myself, I've really found I prefer the Tele style bridge as it is incredibly robust as well as offering a slightly wider string spacing which for myself helps when hybrid-picking. Thanks for the comparison video, much appreciated Sir.
Thanks for the video, great comparison video, we can really heard the difference of the pickup
Thank you for taking the time for doing this test , inam going for the little 59, it has best of both worlds .
Thank you mate. I would have bought the hot rails. But according to your video I'll take the little 59.
You can’t go wrong with any of them, but the Little 59 is the best of both worlds.
