Hey Chuck! Thanks for watching, I rewatched Mehdi's stream and saw that he used X-Particle for that one demo and understood. I was amazed the spline wrap was so powerful, now it makes more since that it was paired with that lol.
@@effectatron Totally! He's still a dark wizard tho! I believe you can get the same results with thinking particles but x-particles certainly makes life easier. I'm saving up for a license first chance I get!
I've modelled a shark and rigged it with the cinema 4d character feature which made it easier for me to make the shark move it's fins and tail without keyframes. Then I used the spline tag on the joint master controller to animate the shark on a spline. Everything seems to be moving along in the viewport and when I render without motion blur or the motion vector pass but when I enable motion blur, the shark moves along the spline but shark does not move the tail or find, it's just stiff
Bro i have some simular problem, i rigged a butterfly with the character builder in C4D but didnt see any motion blur on the model. After ALOT of trying i found out that you need to make the character builder edible... I think somehow Redshift doesn't understand the character builder, maybe this solution works for you too if you haven't figured it out yet
two fitty six!
Great tut dude! Thanks! I'd never gone down so much in the threshold, I'll give it a try!

@@Chuck4D Yea, I'm torn between XP and something like Forester or something I've always wanted to make a forest scene.
@@effectatron Forester is IN - SANE how easy and light you can have a bunch of trees and plants!
Thank you 😃 It helped me a lot
I LOVE THIS
Klen confirmed lol
@@valyazhir NO IM NOT KLEN
Great video. Thank you! Really useful
just thanks man!!
Thank you :)
Legit! So if you want all 3 types of motion blur, do you just add all of the individual techniques?
