M suffering last 10 to 12 days from corona flu..my lungs is very painfull and breathing process is very low..and frgnence and smell are lost last 10 days..when i hv doing this exercises then believe it frnds is work..after exercise no pain ... No breath prob. And my frgnence also is back..so thanks a lot for this video.. dear..GOD BLESS U
I just got covid and looking for ways to relax cause it's stressful. However, I'm confused. Do we practice these when we have covid or is this just general stress relief during pandemic time?
Every time I do these exercises, my O2 rises. I’m on day three of Covid. I feel fine, fever is finally gone. But my O2 levels won’t stay up. I don’t want to go to the hospital. Hopefully, each day I’ll get stronger!
Don't hesitate to go I've been home since Saturday recovering at home with covid pneumonia with oxygen tank It's hard to get around, I think the sooner you get treatment the less damage you'll get done to your body and you'll be able to recover faster
