- Hey, ya'll! Today's video is for COVID RECOVERY. A couple of you requested this video, thank you for that. We are focusing a lot on the breath & syncing our breath with our movements to help open up & clear the lungs. Take your time during this practice & be as consistent as you can. Consistency yields the best results. Be sure to listen to your body throughout the practice & come out of any poses that don't feel good on your body. Don't forget to like, share, & subscribe. practicing yoga with a stuffed nose is so much more extra challenging! the peace i usually feel from my steady breath is not there. this helped me understand this may be a part of why I've been feeling so anxious this week while sick-my breath is not able to naturally flow through my body. yoga always has something to show us:)

Thank you so much. Just returned from a hellish cruise where I got covid and was in quarantine for most of the time. This was my first day back to yoga and this was just what I needed.

I do yoga regularly but often have to go back to yoga videos to remember to focus my breath. This was so well timed. I'm on the last leg of a non-COVID respiratory nastiness and this really got down in my lungs. I coughed some but in my case it felt like some natural clearing up. Thank you for the video 🙏

I needed this so much. Day 12 since I got COVID and am moving back into movement, slowly. Did one of your 5 minute ones yesterday then I found this one. I got a little emotional with some of the breathing. Breathing out this sickness, and breathing in wellness. Thank you for this practice.

This was absolutely perfect. I was diagnosed with covid yesterday and my body was in so much pain. This helped ease all the pains especially in my back and I love the inclusion of breathwork. Now to drink plenty of water

I distinctly remember thinking when this video came across my feed ‘Good thing I haven’t had Covid’ and just went on with my day. 😮 Fast forward and I’m at day 5 of Covid with my family and I’m very thankful for you Nico. Today is the first day I’ve been able to stretch and breathe, this sequence was a gentle reintroduction to both of those things.❤

This was amazing. At first, I started feeling some resistance in breathing. I knew I had loosened something up, though, because as I was transitioning into downward dog for the first time, I had to let out this huge cough. Then boom, everything was clear, I felt so amazing..
