This is the complete build including painting and weathering of Tamiya's Brand new 1/35 Brummbar. - Навчання та стиль
Keep the weathering subtle. AFV crews go the extra mile taking care of their ride, with extreme pride. Nice work!
You're the Bob Ross of model building. Love your work! As a special request, I would love to see you build a Convair B-58 "Hustler" aircraft model (And if you did I would purchase it). The Hustler didn't have a long service life with the USAF SAC but it does have a great history. Keep the videos coming, I enjoy them tremendously!
now.....a little bit of green !! great comparison
As always fantastic job Andy. Looks like a great model kit.
Great video build. I love the rust effects and I really like how Tamiya rendered the skirts.
I haven't had the spare time to build model kits since I was 17 (I'm now 55). I have over 100 kits now and plan to start up again when I retire in 7 years and I've learned a lot just watching your videos Andy!!!! Can't wait to start up.
Thank you for showing the new Brummbar, I think i will certainly be buying this kit once it's released & the Zimmerit .
Bought this kit last year. Thanks for doing the demo - I'm going to try to replicate the techniques you utilized on my kit as well.
Thank you for posting another excellent video of another excellent job of building your model(s)!!
Well done! Looks great! I made the early version that Tamiya has out and loved it! This IS a MUST GET for me!!!
My god whats there not to like about this video.... Great build and super craftsmanship!
Thank you very much
I find these videos inspiring and very informative. Makes me want to keep building better models. Thanks!
I have not touched a model in over 45 years..... your paint work just makes this tank look out standing!!!! I am getting back into modeling & getting myself equipped with the proper tools & paints. Thanks for your great directions.. keep it up!!!!
The Late Brummbar is a really nicely engineered kit by Tamiya.
素晴らしいキットで、お気に入りです。カッコいい👍
As always Andy, great video, thanks for sharing.
Great work Andy. Hope you are staying cool down there! Really enjoying your videos and also learning a lot.
Love your models Andy! Your a great modeler and you only keep getting better.
lovely kit builds up into a great model. Nice build Andy awesome cammo and weathering. nailed this one.
Great job! Enjoyed watching you work as usual.
Looks like a future build for me, thanks for thr review.
Another great build Andy, I love watching the painting and watering. I model UK model railways in 1/72 OO scale but also UK RAF Jets of the 1950's. I have used many of your techniques on my models and I have to say they have turned out superb. Thanks once again.
Very well done Andy. Please keep these amazing videos coming
Thanks for the great video, Andy! Always enjoy the building and painting/weathering techniques. Have to give this one a go when it comes out. Big thumbs up and a cold one from Canada!!
another great video! I love learning all the tips and tricks
Thanks for your efforts in sharing this. When I am going to get into it again I am going to buy from you for all your efforts to share the "how to's". Thanks again.
excellent new model . well done tamiya, great build as always Andy. the weathering looks fantastic. can't wait to see the 1/16 scale build and your weathering of that 👍
WOW, I havent completed a model in years, but these videos of yours make me want to pick up the glue and knife :) Thank you
Wow! What an awesome new kit from Tamiya! I can't wait to get my hands on it. Thanks so much for making these videos Andy. I was impressed with the way you make the rubber tracks look so real, and the way you used the Vallejo pigments with thinner to get a dusty finish on the body of the model. Great tips that I will attempt to use. Perhaps I should practice on an old cheap kit before trying it out on a newer one?
Andy your painting and weathering go from strength to strength mate excellent
good video Andy !!!
Mate I have been watching..... listening, to your videos the last couple of weeks at work and I just wanted to say, your skill and techniques have been inspirational. You are a wealth of knowledge and look forward to many more videos. You need to do a resign kit, figure, that would be great. Keep up the great work.
You should see night shift model builds.
Great weathering job!
Wow, that looks nice!
great job! Can't wait to see the 1/16 scale Jagdpanther! Love you're video's Andy! Greetings from Belgium and see you next time! Wesley.
Your finished models always look really good
Awesome model you did a beautiful job on it.
awesome kit and build of you!
Can't beat a Tamiya kit. =)
No dramatic classical music?!? Marvelous kit, killer building, painting and weathering skills.
Fantastic looking build Andy... I think it is your best yet. Nicely done mate.
Andy hi, must complement you on a great concise video, and without music and gimmicks,
a refreshing change. Thank you John.
Great job Andy, thankyou very much.cheers
Great kit and great build!
Awesome work Andy!
Thanks for demo of using the pigments - wondering how those worked... Great looking build.
Great work Andy.
Great reviews, keep putting up videos!!!

Nice model and a very good build 👍

Thanks and greetings from Guyana!
Nice kit. I'm building the Tamiya Tiger 1. Continue your builds. From your subscriber in the Philippines. God bless Andy
That's a great paint job on Brummbar. I've got the 1/16 Jadgpanther radio controlled version. Both are great kits from Tamiya. Beautifully designed & engineered. I have about 20+Tamiya kits in my stash. About the same number of MiniArt kits. I reckon all the kits I have are beautifully engineered.
Another great video Andy keep them coming
that looks great
Great video!! Was not planning on purchasing this kit - looks like I am now!!
Nice video! Tamiya makes fantastic models. I've never had a problem with their models. :-)
Superbe ! Merci Andy :)
Great review and build! Thanks Andy love Tamiya kits probably do mine with the zimmerit,I tried their stick on zimmerit with a Tiger build wasn't crazy about it but I'm sure other after market companies will have their versions out soon

It'd be interesting to see you build a Panzerhaubitze 2000 :)
Looks ace Andy
thank you for the video.... nice quality.... !!!! Like your videos..... great work...!!!!
You say it's a quality kit - that may be so, but your paint work was taken that model to a whole new dimension, you sir are a skilled craftsman!
Thanks for video
Nice work .....!
Nice build Andy!!
와우! 역시 도색하니.. 명작이되었네요
Andy, nice job! regular subscriber, & viewer, one of my top "go-to" model channels! ☺. tamiya is one of my favorite brands, thinking of trying there acrylic paints. don't let the negative comments/ "rivet counters" get you down, keep up the good work! wish i was living in Arizona again, would love to come to your store. former Tucson ipms member, & "Tucson hobby "(the old speedway & Jerry store), customer. Thanks. from Amery, wi.
Looks good, I'd suggest painting the inside of that wide rifled barrel with a bright silver to make it really stand out with maybe a slight dark wash to make the rifling pop
You are really good at that
I really like the way you weather, you should do it more, mainly on the jagdpanther
first, Cant wait for the 1/16th jagdpanther
Too old and too big for the Panzer commander uniform ;)
Lol xD
haha
TheFoxBox349 it's hard to be first to view good job
Yes!
Top cookie video again! I really should build something.
Great video, as always :D
That's a very nice kit, but too bad it doesn't come with pre molded zimmerit. I think more kits should come pre molded, as making your own is a nightmare and there are many clean kits already there. Aftermarket zimmerit raise the kit cost a tad bit in my opinion, I don't feel confortable buying one.
Why would it matter if it’s sponsored? Who gives af. You can see the sprues and quality of the model for yourself and the video is free. Haters gonna hate baby. Love your channel Andy ( that comment was totally sponsored 😂😂😂😂😂)
Iam new to your amazing channel, absolutely love your work your such a inspiration
You can't beat that Tamiya panzer iv lower hull!
nice build like it a lot
Great model and you are Great modeller😉
Very good video.
hi Andy from Newcastle upon Tyne , England . .. great review ... was not a vehicle i was originally interested but looks alot of fun to build ... thanks very much :)
You are a great modeler
Beautifully done Andy, you're an artist; I wish I was as good as you. I hope my previous comment did not offend. Cheers.
Thank you
I've build this kit in the '90s.i think i still have the box, will look for it
fun build, I've been wanting to build a sturmtiger
Brumbar turned out nice, but I would have liked to see the crew figures done as well.
Bill
Wow, these different colour plastic early kits will be worth a fortune if you save them!
Your Models are very nice
I have the early version, still - very helpful video!
I have watched nearly all of your videos and to my mind this is one of your best if not the best weathering I've seen, it looks great! Have you ever tried the hair spray technique for chips. scratches, worn paint? Your technique is simpler and effective so I wonder if you have tried the other.
I would like to see Andy building the Schwerer Gustav 800mm railroad gun
Some one I met at a modellers club thing he put a plastic mesh style thing on it it looks great
Dammit Tamiya...yet another kit to buy..... Can't wait to see this 1/16 Jagdpanther build up...
It's an incredibile model, I always liked the late war camo, expecially the "ambush" variant, it's a pity you don't make the crew's figures, they'll add a lot to a model
Neat, neat kit, looking forward to building one myself sometime. Now, I know this will most likely get guys calling me everything I'm not, and that's fine, but, I enjoyed this video most of all simply because there wasn't any music. Tastes in music vary as much as anything else and no matter what you play, some will like it, some won't. I prefer none at all. I'd rather listen to you talk about the kit, things that help if we build the same one. Now, these are your videos obviously and if you want music in them then hey, let the music play. I'll just mute the sound like some of the others. I enjoy those also, but this one, for me anyway, was the best. I'll never have anything that looks like yours, but that's not the reason to build models anyway. As I've said many many times, you're stuff looks fantastic and I truly enjoy seeing your work.
Thanks again and best wishes,
Michael
