This is 10/10 UA-cam content. Everyone on here is behind you no matter what you score. You seem like a good bloke and that's what will grow your channel. Would you consider doing voice over commentary after the round? Would be good to know what's going through your mind.... not that we could relate to it... haha
Looking forward to seeing you at The Open. I'm sure once you get those approach shots turning over, rather than leaving them out right, you'll be in good shape. Undoubtedly, there will be more creativity required playing the ball on the ground rather than slinging big, high draws into greens, so I like your odds.
Excellent short game, hole out, bunker up and downs👍, those pesky putts inside 10'. 4 birdies, couple lip outs, clutch parr putts, MAN, you are right there
damn... lots of shots out to the right...Thanks for making these vids. I used to play with guys in AZ who were grinding in mini tours. So many good players and unfortunately money runs short then they have to go to work and it takes too much time from practicing. Keep it up!! great to watch someone on UA-cam who actually has a consistent swing and short game in which you genuinely have a shot at the big league!!!
Golf is hard, but you have the attitude to that'll make you successful. Best of luck on Open qualifying, Troons gonna be a test, and can't wait to see ya there. ❤ 💯 👍
I totally agree with you in that you are a “GREAT” putter!! Would love for you to do a video sometime soon on how you practice putting/what has made you feel so confident on the greens.
Just a pitch and putt away from dp, you’ll get there with belief and hard work, it could be a good showing in the open that will open doors good luck Brandon.
Enjoyed both videos of the event. Looked like the ball striking was on point just a few leaky shots. Short game was top tier. On to the next one. Good luck.
Tough round Brandon! These videos are awesome please keep them up. You must have a high quality camera because the footage is super clear. Good luck next tournament!!
Brandon, It is not easy getting yourself into your best playing form straight after a huge up in playing the US Open where this event would feel as a bit of a let down. You played well but did not look fully switched on to your potential here. Take a little break reboot and really get down to business in the Open qualifying and go into it fully switched on and meaning business. There was something missing in this tournament and you don't want to be that way when trying to get into another major. The margins between a great round and a so so one are really small at your level and the competition is deep you have to be fully switched on to compete and so so just won't cut it. It is just the way it is.
Love seeing these rounds my golf is in the mud at the moment so good to seeing someone actually strike a ball 😆 Keep up the good work and the grind will pay off! Good luck in the Open QL hope you smash it!
Hi Brandon…..when I watched your video of the US open with your caddie…….I remembered the buzz of caddying and of being on tour …….I caddied briefly on the Sunshine tour for a few players….perhaps 10 games and went to Jerez …with my player to try and qualify for the European tour…we didn’t make it…I did notice straight away an extremely focused golfer at Jerez….Danny Willet…he qualified….it was his intensity and concentration I could see…..you had that intensity on the US open but I didn’t see it in this video….. I was only a low single figure handicap….so my observations you should ignore…. Your club selection seemed slightly off….often short of green or pin…. And on your weaker shots approach shots your left side wasn’t as solid and stable….. I wish you the best…..and increase your concentration and burning desire…..
Your short game was actually pretty good. Your long game let your short game down. You made 3 solid birdies and the chip in was excellent. I know you going to qualify for The Open. You qualified for the US Open and you are still in form. How many spots qualify ??? Team BRT all the way🔥🔥🔥🔥 Who is shooting your content ???
Every pin pos on the left of the green you blocked the shot right, and short. Then on some pin pos on the right of the green you pulled the irons left but on the green.
Thanks for sharing. Unfortunate the ball striking let you down a bit. Curious, are you still doing left hand low in the practice swing? Also, seems like your miss is a push right or too much draw to the left and your stance has seemed to get a bit more closed. Are you and your coach working on neutralizing the face, the path, and the aim?
You’re right. We were working on getting a little more closed with my stance.. I’ve over done it slightly this week and started to hit a lot of pushes. Figuring it out now
Watching this i felt like you needed to take driver for more tee shots. Always seemed to be quite far back from playing partners, which obviously makes approach shots that bit more tricky. Maybe you werent feeling that confident with the big stick who knows. Great short game though!
How does this playing partner show up in a fedora and expect everyone to take him seriously? Did they play the pink panther theme song when he was reading the greens?
Keep fucking grinding though pal. You’ve come from a week looking set with the best in the world - back to the grind now and remember what it taste like. Up the brt! X

Great content - all the best at Open Q 👍
Some unreal bunkers shots. Birdies on 4,5 were huge

Loving the content and the honesty, keep up the good work! What's the course management system you use if you dont mind telling us, please?
Ok... thanks... now it makes sense.

My main man Bran Holloway is the 📸 genius 🤌🏽
Thanks for sharing your round. You played very well. Terrific display of chipping and bunker play. Thought you had it after the excellent par on 17.
Nearly! But not over till that last ball goes in!
You answered my question about not using driver from last time. Thanks! Think you might change that & try driver more if you miss a few cuts though?
Amazing content BRT. Are you using Decade for course management? Good luck at Open qualifying 👍
that short game is money, looked like u hit a couple tired shots, us humans do get tired... take a day off then pound the rock to the Open
Every pin pos on the left of the green you blocked the shot right, and short. Then on some pin pos on the right of the green you pulled the irons left but on the green.
Hey BRT.. great stuff as always!! Is your plan/goal to eventually get starts on the pga?? Or continue playing DP world tour ?
Eventually PGA TOUR.. but will work my way there through the DP WORLD!!
Thanks for sharing. Unfortunate the ball striking let you down a bit.

Best believe it!👊🏻
Great chipping🎉, hips spinning out too fast on irons n playing catchup with hands. Biorhythm s? Good luck next week.
How does this playing partner show up in a fedora and expect everyone to take him seriously? Did they play the pink panther theme song when he was reading the greens?
I think he’s had played on European tour, so he can wear what he likes
@@benkanon123played 6 seasons on the DO WORLD Tour. He’s a very good player
Were you going for 18 in two? If so, was that the right decision on the cut line?
Wasn’t thinking about the cut.. in hindsight I should have laid up 😅
@@BrandonRobinsonThompsonGolf to be fair, that’s a winners mindset! 💪🏼
you pulled a Rory I"m so sorry
