🟡 Consigli:
- Prima di iniziare la preparazione, metti una ciotola in freezer in modo che possa essere ben fredda quando metterai la crema appena fatta.
- Utilizza amido di mais oppure amido di riso...ma MAI la farina.
- Mescola energicamente la crema per qualche minuto, sia quando è calda (per far scendere velocemente la temperatura) che (e soprattutto) quando è fredda, per ripristinare la cremosità.
Ingredienti:
- Tuorli d'uovo, 4
- Zucchero semolato, 100 gr
- Amido di mais, 40 gr
- Latte, 500 ml
- Scorza di un limone biologico
- Un baccello di vaniglia
