  • LYRICS:
    Sitting in my room
    Crying like a fuckin’ tool
    I’ve tried everything
What else could I possibly do?!
You got me pulling out my pubes.
You got me pulling out my pubes.
You got me pulling out my pubes.
Tryin to get back to you!
    Pullin’ and pullin’,
    And fuckin’ plucking’
Don’t tell me that I’m pullin’ out my pubes
    For fuckin’ nothing!
    Like..
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
I’ve got my pubes in the palm of my hand.
I threw them up into the breeze.
    And wherever they may land
Will lead me to my destiny!
You got me pulling out my pubes.
You got me pulling out my pubes.
You got me pulling out my pubes.
Tryin to get back to you!
    Pullin’ and pullin’,
    And fuckin’’ plucking’
Don’t tell me that I’m pullin’ out my pubes
    For fuckin’ nothing!
I put my hands to my face,
Cried so hard that I couldn’t breathe.
Forgot my pubes were still in my hands,
Inhaled them deep into my lungs.
I started choking on my pubes,
Right in front of you and your new dude.
I puked them out all over your dress.
…and the rest is history I guess!
    Pullin’ and pullin’,
    And fuckin’ plucking’
Don’t tell me that I’m pullin’ out my pubes
    For fuckin’ nothing!
    Like..
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
    She loves me!
    (She loves me not)
My pubes are in God’s hands!

Heartbreak can do that to a man. When I was rejected by my crush I pinched my sack between the toilet lid and bowl.
It hurt like hell, but those tears were from sadness, not the crushed purple skin of my scrotum.

@@davidcoudriet6618The Sticky Sweethearts represent real old-school cool. Timeless classics about gluing their balls to their buttholes and pulling pubes that bring tears to my eyes. Reyna brings on a whole new dirty funky 80s sound that influenced the likes of Prince, Sheila E, Sheena Easton, and Rick James. Both left their undeniable, unique marks on music.

Real talk: my mom has had a rough couple of months (fractured her spine and has had to temporarily give up independent living while she heals) and has been pretty down lately. I played this for her today and we both laughed SO much and so hard (I literally pissed myself a little bit from how hard I was laughing). It was absolutely what we needed, and this song continues to bring me great joy. When I left today, I told her “remember: your pubes are in God’s hands now” and we lost it all over again.
Genuinely, thank you for these (especially ones from The Sticky Sweethearts)-they have brought a lot of laughs when they were DESPERATELY needed 💜

My dad had a summer job when he was young cleaning up Penile Records and doing jobs like grabbing food and whatever they wanted. He always lit up and laughed when he talked about when The Sticky Sweethearts came and recorded this album. Said he was grabbing food for everyone and one of the band members said they wanted ribs and when my dad asked how they wanted them, they said “sticky!”. My dad always cracks up saying it! I love hearing that story, thank you for finding this gem so I can share it with him!

I became extremely depressed, and wandered into a dark place mentally. But just as I felt I was reaching the end, the radio played me a gem by the sticky sweethearts and I felt something amazing. Someone else could relate to my dark ordeal. Knowing that somehow brought me back to the light, slowly but sincerely. I'll never forget how the sticky sweethearts saved my life.

Oh, the memories ! Everyone was so jovial, groovy and welcoming, they attracted the best crowds. Antoine Jerkovsky, the main singer of Sticky Sweethearts told a story on how he was inspired to write the song. He went to the Motown headquarters and forgot to knock on the door of the vice president of the label and walked in on him pulling out his pubes. He asked him SIR, WHAT ARE YOU DOING and the annoyed vice president of Motown said WHAT DO YOU FUCKING THINK I'M DOING, I'M PULLING OUT MY PUBES.
'The melody in the way he said these words had struck me so hard, I knew I had to go to the record studio immediately. And as the lyrics say, the rest is history'.
