Worked with a guy years ago that always took 1/2 hour dumps. When you couldn't find him you would just go to the men's room and there he was in a stall. He got laid off for a year or so and had to get a job at a dairy loading trucks. He said it sucked because his bathroom breaks were timed ; he had to load so many box trucks an hour and he was not making his rate! When he came back to work with us he was right back to his shit breaks !!!

As something of a music historian I've been looking into Rodney Munch's history in the music business. Rodney's success with "it's time to take a shit..." whilst seemingly a one hit wonder was in fact not his only success. He has indeed written and released numerous tracks most of which appear to be misattributed to other musicians. Rodney had a fairly unique writing style, as the first autistic man to ever live he was unable to comprehend abstract ideas and metaphors so all of his lyrics were taken from his personal experiences. "It's time to take a shit..." is often misunderstood to mean that he wanted to defecate during work hours however it was revealed from court documents that Rodney would "deshine the coins on a daily basis to prevent petty theft" providing a valuable service for the company and the industry as whole however, the practice was stopped in 1986 after a unknown bacterial outbreak in Lazerne county. Rodney said of the outbreak "the coins are supposed to be used for vending machines and gumball dispensers, I can't understand why they would put deshined coins in their mouth." The incident was later adapted by Munch into the 1995 blockbuster, "outbreak" starring Rodney's close friend and confidant Dustin Hoffman. During time on set he became quite close with a then upcoming actor by the name of Morgan Freeman who had previously portrayed a fictionalised version of Rodney in the film "rain man," where he played the younger brother of Tom Cruise who had become his caretaker after his release from care. In truth it was a mental health facility that Rodney had been placed into after the murder of a babysitter on Halloween night. Rodney had maintained his innocence throughout stating that his friend Mike Myers was to blame, this later turned out to be true after Myers was responsible for another murder with "the pentaverate" however, as it was only his career that was the victim, he received no charges. Munch went on to successfully write both musically and for screen before disappearing in 2014, leaving a cryptic message on twitter (now X) which read "Now leaving Kuala Lumpur for Beijing. Once we're in the air the pilot said I can have a go at driving. So excited. 370 out!"

Worked with a guy years ago that always took 1/2 hour dumps. When you couldn't find him you would just go to the men's room and there he was in a stall. He got laid off for a year or so and had to get a job at a dairy loading trucks. He said it sucked because his bathroom breaks were timed ; he had to load so many box trucks an hour and he was not making his rate! When he came back to work with us he was right back to his shit breaks !!!
I'm a safety inspector at Boeing and I listen to this every day from 9:30am to 10:15am and again after lunch. Sometimes I have to use the aircraft lavatories because the bathrooms are full. The world has never been the same since that tragic day in Reno but together we keep The Munch alive in our bowels.

The protest anthem of the 80s, I remember it well. We used to get hall passes during class so we could take part in the movement at our own level.

As something of a music historian I've been looking into Rodney Munch's history in the music business. Rodney's success with "it's time to take a shit..." whilst seemingly a one hit wonder was in fact not his only success. He has indeed written and released numerous tracks most of which appear to be misattributed to other musicians.
Rodney had a fairly unique writing style, as the first autistic man to ever live he was unable to comprehend abstract ideas and metaphors so all of his lyrics were taken from his personal experiences. "It's time to take a shit..." is often misunderstood to mean that he wanted to defecate during work hours however it was revealed from court documents that Rodney would "deshine the coins on a daily basis to prevent petty theft" providing a valuable service for the company and the industry as whole however, the practice was stopped in 1986 after a unknown bacterial outbreak in Lazerne county. Rodney said of the outbreak "the coins are supposed to be used for vending machines and gumball dispensers, I can't understand why they would put deshined coins in their mouth." The incident was later adapted by Munch into the 1995 blockbuster, "outbreak" starring Rodney's close friend and confidant Dustin Hoffman. During time on set he became quite close with a then upcoming actor by the name of Morgan Freeman who had previously portrayed a fictionalised version of Rodney in the film "rain man," where he played the younger brother of Tom Cruise who had become his caretaker after his release from care. In truth it was a mental health facility that Rodney had been placed into after the murder of a babysitter on Halloween night. Rodney had maintained his innocence throughout stating that his friend Mike Myers was to blame, this later turned out to be true after Myers was responsible for another murder with "the pentaverate" however, as it was only his career that was the victim, he received no charges.
Munch went on to successfully write both musically and for screen before disappearing in 2014, leaving a cryptic message on twitter (now X) which read "Now leaving Kuala Lumpur for Beijing. Once we're in the air the pilot said I can have a go at driving. So excited. 370 out!"
