I started drinking alcohol years ago as a teenage, spent my whole life fighting alcohol addiction. I suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

@@megblackwolf5470 By watching Shan's videos, I understood anxiety well and what helped me most is that I kept this fact in my mind that no matter the intensity of the anxiety attacks, I never die from it, it's only me thinking about dying or something bad is about to happen but in reality it was just my dysregulated nervous system that couldn't differentiate between actual threatening situations and the unreal one's. So you have to teach your nervous system to make it work as it is is supposed to do. Only way that can help in doing so is to stay calm during anxiety and carrying on with what you're doing by keeping in mind the fact that it's just a false alarm that can only be repaired by not reacting too much and next time it'll feel easy to handle and eventually they'll go. Good luck!

I love your "going to get coffee" comment at the end. There is a huge stigma of people shouldn't drink coffee or caffeine if they have anxiety but you avoiding caffeine is letting anxiety control you and manifest. I have started saying screw it and begun drinking coffee again and realized that the coffee itself was NOT giving me anxiety but it was my thoughts of avoiding everything and being careful.

I haven't done a long road trip in ages. 3 hours is about my limit recently at most. I think the more you do them, esp. alone, the better, it's exposure time, and the more
you do trips and drive, it should get easier. The weird thing is I don't tend to get anxiety or panic driving, I"m a rock solid driver since 1986, and I feel more "in control"
behind the wheel, for whatever reasons. I get more anger and rage issues (lol) driving these days because of other factors. I mean, than anxiety. I prefer doing trips
where I"m driving, first of all.

@@clydejane728 Yes, when you lose fear of your symptoms, the symptoms do shift and new ones will pop up; its all part of the recovery journey. The key is not letting any new symptom throw you off for too long, and just throwing EVERYTHING under the anxiety umbrella. You will never go back to zero. You already have the knowledge you need, and will never become as scared as you were before you knew it.

It’s ironic, one of the last things I was doing before anxiety got really bad was enjoying visits to Austin and driving all around, driving people actually for RideAustin. It’s literally a night and day difference what my life was then and now, being almost 2 years of unable to leave my house in Houston. Very surreal. But I do think I’m at that stage where I have exhausted everything and I’m ready to not care anymore. Plus, I believe the nervous system does regulate and dig deep roots during this time. It’s not overnight, for sure. I still feel I have ways to go. My anxiety is so bad, nervous system so sensitized still, it’s simply not the time to push myself too hard yet until my nervous system can really see that it’s lying to itself. Unfortunate how it takes years

Basically as if your brain is a kid who is afraid of exams and YOU are an adult who reassures the kid into giving the exam anyway, regardless of outcome.
