    Welcome to this quick and easy 10-minute bodyweight workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home, no equipment needed! Follow along with the timer as Leo guides you through a variety of exercises that will challenge your body and get your heart pumping.
    You will have 1 minute intervals of 45 seconds workout and 15 seconds break.
    This workout is perfect for anyone who wants to get a quick sweat in, boost their energy, and feel great.
    So, let's get moving and take a step towards a healthier you! Remember to always listen to your body, modify exercises as needed, and have fun with it. Let's go!
