This is a great workout. Eventually I will mobe up to the more complicated stuff, but this one is doable for coordination- challenged like me. I am 70 and used to repetitive exercises, but your workouts help with my concentration, too. The time just flies! Thanks for making these videos for the community and for making your training accessible.
I'm 72 and just came across your channel. Obviously I will be doing this at a much slower pace and with fewer repetitions (I'll get better!) but it's the real life kind of mobility training I need to do to stay active and strong. Thank you!
What a killer!!! I was just sitting here minding my own business, wasting my time watching some dumb video when I saw this on the side suggestions and I click on it, big mistake! First, I thought: what do I have to lose? 15 minutes? I can do that! I mean; I sit and watch a movie for 1 to 2 hours without moving at all; I certainly can do this!! Easily!! NO!! It was not 15 minutes, why? I had to slow it down so I could keep up with it, I had to rest more then 20 seconds to have enough breath to do the next one and I had to rewatched the exercises at least once to get my legs and arms coordinated, have I mention that by the third one my abbs were screaming??!! What an eye opening, to realize my poor fiscal condition. I will try my best, no promises here, to do this at least once a week until I can do it as good as you do. Very true what they say, " use it or lose it" Thank you so much for this!! Now I have to go outside and shake like my dog all the sweat off.🤣🤣

Your workouts are so fun yet challenging. I’ve been looking for more mobility workouts I have arthritis in my spine and an old hip injury. I’ve been really hard on my body for many years and I definitely paid the price for it. I’ve really been enjoying primal and animal flow workouts lately, workouts that are low impact and challenging but also work on improving my mobility. Came across your workouts searching for primal workouts. Love them!

Thank you, I really enjoyed the class and the instructions were great, I am a beginner and I did my utmost, tried to slow the speed to 0.25 on some of the moves because I haven’t seen them before, - kick through from table etc, I don’t know if it’s possible to do a video breaking down the moves so that my ancient adhd brain can understand, I love what you do and am really inspired and want to progress because this seems like a really fun way to develop strength and flexibility, it just seems a little out of reach currently
