STEP BOX HIIT FULL BODY WORKOUT - CARDIO SERIES

  • This routine is great for anyone who wants to burn fat and get lean. The workout is high energy with jumping but I promise you it will help you shed calories - you will need a step box for this routine.
    If you're trying to lose weight, a solid exercise regimen should be part of your plan - therefore also check out the rest of the videos in the weight loss series and combine them all to make up an exercise plan to help you.
    Though exercise can't be the only part, you will also need to adopt healthy eating habits. You need to be in a calorie deficit - this means taking in less calories than you body needs and a calorie deficit can be achieved by eating less, exercising more or a combination if both. This routine can help with the exercise part.
    You will work up a sweat so make sure you have water to hand and also warm up and cool down before and after as this is not included in the routine.
    Each exercise is 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of work throughout. The circuit is performed three times in total.
    Exercises listed below;
    1. Step Knees
    2. Run Ups
    3. Box Jumps
    4. Burpee box over
    5. Tricep Dip Toe Taps
    6. Bunny Hops
    7. Hand Walk Press Ups
    8. Straddles

    Hi 👋 your newest subscriber. My husband and I found you because we just own our first kettlebells 😁 It’s been a week and we enjoyed doing your beginners work out. This pandemic made us cancel our gym membership, and we see the effects of that thru our belly and arms 🙂

    Hi Nicola, I’ve just watched your beginner kettlebell workout and this video and hit subscribe because they both look great and you’re personality is lovely too. I used to love kettlebells and step and exercising in general but I’ve really gotten out of the habit and put on lots of weight 😩 so I’m very pleased I’ve found your channel to help me get back in shape. I just have a question about warming up, neither of your videos mentioned it and seemed to go straight into the moves, so I wonder if you recommend doing some kind of warm up first? Or do you think it’s ok to just go straight in to the videos? Thanks for the videos, I’m looking forwards to getting fit again!🙂

    hello coach.. I suffer from abdominal separation after repeated childbirth.. The separation became only the size of two fingers.. I have weight in the abdomen area and lower legs and after cellulite.. I don't know where to start with your own exercises.. Can you train me online .. I promise that I will stick to healthy food and exercise .. I need your instructions very much .. I do not suffer from any other diseases Thank you in advance
