Great explanation of these features! I have a lot of improvements coming to 2D views in future releases. I hope you continue to create tutorials for PyClone and Home Builder.
Fantastic idea and perfect for component-based (physical) construction planning. The extensibility through custom assemblies with potential for deep automation is very useful indeed!
Great, did you try that function with a regular model with no cabinet from pyclone ? Anyway if the possibility to publish 2d drawings is here it opens Blender to a tremendous amount of users !

Definitely will - let me know when a new version comes out and I'll make sure to do an update video! :)
Will you be able to utilise the LineArt modifier to show hidden details with Pyclone drawings? Thx

Hi everyone! Let me know what you think about the new Pyclone functions in the comments below! :)
Can the dimensions be displayed for other meshes like on the default cube from blender?
Wow. Very interesting. Thanks for video!
Didn't know about this, looks absolutely awesome.
It's super promising
I'll have to wait for the MacOS version
How can you make a corner cabinet?
Do you have to make a cabinet static, then modify it in Blender?
Do the plans work with custom objects (made by ourselves)?

I did not - I'm not 100% sure how it's setting up the focal point for the camera for the drawings, so I don't know if this would work or not
looks like a game-changer, but try as i might, i cannot get the addon to work.
Is this also free
Yes
