Kindly don't follow their satvic lifestyle they will ask you to join Facebook group and they will not give you proper guidance moreover they are so sure whether they can treat you or not but they said this lifestyle will heal you but after 3-4 months when you don't get any result and you would like to share your experience they will delete your post and remove you from that Facebook group.This is what they do. This is my personal experience they did this thing with other person too.One girl shared vitamin B12 report in which everyone can see B12 level dropped drastically in 3 months which us extremely bad for the body there team immediately deleted that post as well...

@@inderjeetdhaliwal265 listen due to thyroid either body weight increases or decreases. If you weight is increasing then you need not to follow satvic lifestyle religiously when was a part of that group many people showed improvement in their thyroid report this is because they are losing their weight .if you go to gym your thyroid comes in control. So, you can eat good amount of fruits and vegetables it will help you to reduce your weight and ultimately control your thyroid.They are unnecessary forcing everyone towards there so called satvic lifestyle. In reality if you eat fresh vegetables and fruits and try to avoid packed food your thyroid will come in your control. This is quite simple but don't avoid onion , ginger , garlic and other stuffs these are extremely important for our body .you can have none veg too. Simple hai acha khayo swath rahi inki satvix lifestyle 3 mahine k baad choodne k baad 1.5 months lage mere ko Jo others health issue aa gaye the ab knots bhi dilute hogaye mere .Normal lifestyle is the best lifestyle

Hey m gonna try this .. n i will post the results weekly
Day 1- i did this very religiously n i found that 2nd aasan that was touchinh ryt n left elbow was very difficult n efffective as i sweat a lot at that tym ..
Day2-again did it very religiously but have some pain in legs n shoulders
Day3- did the exercise but have some pain in legs n shoulders
Day4-did the exercise n some relief from.pain but still there in legs
Day5-did the exercise.. n no pain in legs n shoulders .
Day 6,7,8 -DONE THE EXERCISE M just loving these exercises
My belly is 32 ryt now lets see wt will hppn after 15 days
Guys m skipping the exercise for 5 days ..

@@nusrathsweet5732 hy sry but i didnt get the result .. as i was eating fast food in between .. but yeah one thing i wanna say is these exercise are amazing after doinf them i can feel a change in my body like i become flexible .. i have skipped it for 5 days due to some rsn .. i hope u understand .. but surely give it a try .. it will help u a lot i will also do this after 2 days .. n with no fast food plan

After attending 21 days of the Yoga Challenge, I have been practising Yoga by watching these videos on daily basis. I am enjoying this journey.
I wish to request you to remove the Advt which comes in between the video. That is the distraction. Let it come in the beginning, but while I am in any pose, the unwanted interruption comes in between. I hope you will accept my request. 🙏

@@king_of_all_9 hey i appreciate your input but i would like to say a couple of things. Most people in the world are deficient in b12. A long time ago we would have got b12 from growing and picking our plants/fruits etc. B12 is in the soil, its on produce before we wash it but due to a modern lifestyle, we don't do what previous generations have done, therefore whether follow a satvic lifestyle, or a meat eating lifestyle, most people will be deficient. Its not nice for them to remove someone due to that, but instead they should promote either supplementing, or growing your own fruit/veg/herbs and eating that without washing. Ive been a vegetarian for 25 yrs and i supplement and I'm ok with that. I would rather supplement than eating flesh. They should address this issue as it shows dishonesty or la ack of knowledge. The satvic lifestyle is something i try to follow but just dont do it perfectly
@@ninabina5023 I personally feel whether you go tor vegetarian or none vegetarian balance of everything is necessary. I also followed pure vegetarian(not satvic) lifestyle and I never faced any problem .But personally I feel they don't have enough knowledge and courage to address someone problem. That girl shared before and after satvic lifestyle blood report and that is pathetic. Even I faced few issues. They just asked me please try for extra one month and I followed everything religiously for around 3-4 months and I lost good amount of weight and even I feel issues in my nervous system.
Those who are following them I just want ask one thing do they have done any r&d on them right now they are proving everyone wrong.
We just need to be more practical in life

As every body is different so the average time would be like 1 month or more, if you do other physical activities or 30-45 mins workout everyday. Don't stop once you get the desired results. Follow a healthy diet and in the meantime find which food makes you bloated and remove it from your diet.

Please don't miss guide people in the name of yoga. I agree we teach these things during yoga session to get fast results on fat reduction and tone up the muscles. But these are strength training exercises not yoga. I would be happy if you have taught Jala dauti, nauli kriya, kapalabhati kriya, some ashtanga vinyasa postures and pranayama . I didn't expect from satvic moment.
Hey! Ye asanas I guess bohot generations s honge warna phle gyms kaha hote the. And it is done every asana is done with breathing n slowly n steadily . So, don’t you think it is converted into or it is yoga on itself ?
