📌 Ingredients:
Cooked sushi rice
Nori (seaweed sheets)
Spicy tuna (tuna, Kewpie mayo, Lao Gan Ma)
Umeboshi (pickled plum)
Smoked salmon
Cream cheese
Salt (for coating your hands with water and salt when shaping onigiri)
Your favorite furikake (rice seasoning)

Prepare your sushi rice.
Mix the spicy tuna filling.
Wet your hands and dip in salt.
