To make sushi rice, simply mix cooked rice with a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, as I do in the video.
What you want to know is how to cook rice well? Do you use a pot or rice cooker?

looks yummy! While very similar in appearance, shrimp and prawns are two distinct species. Prawns tend to be larger than shrimp, and often taste sweeter. There are more varieties of shrimp, too. Both animals have 10 legs, but prawns have pincers on three pairs of legs, while shrimp just have one clawed duo.

Wow u make this look so easy. I have a bamboo mat already but is it easier with the wrap than the mat? In english most people call it shrimp but there r some that call it prawns an quite a few seafood resturants call it as prawns as well. It depends on what part of the U S u live in as to what its called. This looks like its fun to make as well. 🥰🥰🥰

I wanna try some of this sushi recipes, and i've had one more idea as well when i watched your egg sushi recipe, that is to make filloa wrapped sushi. Filloa (also caled freixó) is a recipe from my homeplace, a very thin sheet made of egg, flour and water and coocked in a frying pan with little oil or pork fat, usually eaten at this time of the year (Carnival). For the inside, instead of spinach, i'd use grelo, that is a leaf vegetable also typical in this country at this time of the year. Just an idea! :)

prawns and shrimp are actually different animals all together. They look very similar and unless you research it its highly unlikely youd notice the difference

In English prawn is reserved for very large shrimp, even bigger than in your video. Anything smaller we call shrimp.

Interesting. In Australia we only say ‘prawn’, never ‘shrimp’. If we hear ‘shrimp’, we know it’s a foreigner speaking.
