No matter if Sade also was a contestant, at the moment she was the head chef, so Jen just had to shut up and do her job. She was being very unprofessional, I think.
ususally when you start working in a kitchen you get eased in like a goldfish into an aquarium at least it was for me (i was a apprentice for reference). after a while you don't really think about it. you listen, you do, you taste and bring it up. of course it gets stressful when the dining room is full then you have to multitask. but you usually know which days the dining room is full, so a good night sleep does wonders.
@@sava3786 Stress and multitasking are my weaknesses lol So I know I would struggle to get used to it or get capable enough in such environment. But I guess that people who really wants to get into the chef career, they will push themselves as hard as they need to get there.

I love how they show the age of each contestant, like for Jennifer:
"Yup. She's 33, and has yet to grow up."
Is there like an age limit to be grown up by lol? I am reaching 30. I probably be growing up at about 74 lol.
kaister901 I won’t grow up never ever ever

@Owen Yin Yea getting mature is overrated. I just see at as being grumpy and shit. Rather be a child at heart till it's time to croak.
When Marino is handing the ticket over to Sade, you can see him nodding and exchanging a word with Gordon, I assume that was also part of the sabotage?
Definitely think so. A way to fluster the lead and see how they react.
Definitely, having the wrong order is always part of that challenge
I had something like that done to me once. It was harsh.. She did so great

This is the best pass performance I have seen in all 19 seasons of this show
Sade runned the service without showing any signs of nervousity and she did run it like a real executive chef. I have never seen Gordon Ramsay being this quiet while a chef was running the pass on HK
IMO she should have won this season after this performance.
what season was this?
S13E15 I think
@@mario8894 thank you very much
I'd say Scott in S12 comes very close but yes she absolutely had one of the best performances ever

Everyone looked shocked when she called out Marino, but she's definitely getting food out and she's doing the job well, so there shouldn't be a problem.
I'm pretty sure they were only shocked because they normally can only hear Gordon yelling. Anyone else raising their voice is worth a turned head or surprised expression.
She didn't yell, she flippin' bellowed! Gordon yells, I'm surprised his vocal cords aren't going bad. Sade bellowed, that had power behind it!
I wonder what they’d do in more high class restaurants tho where they shouldn’t be shouting where the customers are dining. Once the waiter goes out of kitchen, there’s no fixing it?

A lot of the other contestants looked down on her the entire season. She had some low moment throughout the season but here she proved she can be a head chef. God for her.
Jennifer had the nerve to be mad about Sade running the kitchen but then she
1. Sends chicken up LATE
2. Late chicken is burned
Then had the audacity to be mad.... I don't understand...
le pride of man.
And she clearly didn’t respect Sade enough to respond to her, treating her being in charge like an annoyance and making her job more difficult. And I’d anything it was disrespectful to Ramsey too, seeing as she wouldn’t listen to the person he directly put in charge
And also lied about catching her own sabotage
Micro aggression. She didn’t like Sade having authority over her at the moment.
Jennifer woulda be on elimination messin wit that kitchen flow
Jennifers ego is the reason why she didn't win Hells Kitchen.

Literally the definition of a professional she did amazing in a very stressful situation, also why was everyone mad at her for doing the job that was given to her, how do any of them expect to work in a high end professional business if they can’t communicate and do their jobs correctly smh
It’s because of the respect hierarchy. Alpha vs beta kinda deal. Gordon is a well respected and skilled chef, whereas Sade is on pretty much the same level as the rest so they don’t respect her as much
@@NepSpoon no lol. It was scripted
I didn't think much of Sade at the start but as the season progressed, I liked her more and more every episode. She really earned that black jacket and did a stellar job running the pass.
Sade in that leadership at age 25 is incredible. I couldn’t even confidently talk to my peers when I was at age hahah
3:14 The way Marino looked at Ramsey telling him that he indeed plant the sabotage in the ticket lol
Aggerwal wow I didn’t even notice that til now lol

Gordon’s reaction when she yelled “Marino”.😂

she even scared Elise... and yep that's her
Gordon Ramsay didn't say a word. He just kept watching her completely nail the task she was given.
Wait, was that Elise? 3:29
Yep
I absolutely love watching Jennifer suffer. I cannot stand her.
Blake Smith, omgsh yes! She so loud, hypocritical and brash. When Jennifer had to go home before Sade, I was soooooo happy. Jennifer was so overrated.
Look at all the oil burns on her arms. Those are oil burns and not tatoos right?
Looks like she doesn't know how to handle a pan, or hot oil.
She clearly didnt belong in that environment im not a full on professional but ive worked in a few kitchens if someone's asking for a time on a dish answer check and answer you dont just be mute its infuriating to have to hear someone calling your name so much and its far more infuriating to have to call a cooks name so much waiting on something
@@JMoore-uc1zp right here with you my man. That girl (Jennefer) doesn't have what it takes to work in a kitchen.
I've worked with my head red of just anger, and still have the respect for my work and coworkers, (even the ones I don't like). WORK IS WORK. Sade did what is meant to be done in kitchen to run it. If you don't like it, then, right there is the door.

@@adenium7700 😂😂😂
Those weren’t sabotages, Gordon was testing her
I love to cook but what this show has taught me is that I could never be a chef, at least not one in a kitchen with Gordon's standards. I would be a fucking mess, total incapable to handle that level of pressure lol Sade did amazing tho. Also, why was that Jen girl giving Sade attitude?
@@sava3786 In your experience, are most chef as intense as Ransay during services?
Wow i feel you
A) most of them are head chefs back home so they are used to being in charge. B) they look at the other contestants as competition 24/7 rather than teammates, and in this case the leader. So their ego takes over and they're like "Who is this bitch talking to me like this. She isn't better than me."
When in reality it's best to just answer and do your job. Do it for the team.
She shoulda won. She absolutely nailed this. Total head chef material in my opinion.
