Its the easiest station to cook in but it's the hardest overall station due to you needing to remember and coordinating all the orders with all the other stations. Garnish always has to be 1 step ahead of the other stations
Earlier in the season, Lacey did work the garnish station (on her first dinner service with the blue team) and succeeded. It was her only good moment on HK, but as mentioned already, it involved the least amount of actual cooking.
Garnish it's not the easiest station, Garde Manger, garnish in his case it's the saucier and make sure all sauce are perfectly balanced so you dont have Gio's experience with the salty sauce

anyone else on a binge watching these shows?
No, you're the only person on Earth who is binging Gordon Ramsay videos on UA-cam.
1:47 Do not tell Ben to “get in front of it,” in the kitchen, otherwise you’re going to have umpteen orders of risotto and spaghetti going…! 🤣
Excited for the Season 6 clips :)
I may not be in the cooking field but garnish is lookin like it’s the easiest field on this show but bruh Lacey clearly has the brain of a donut Gordon Ramsay would say
I’m convinced Lacey was drunk the whole time
Lacey is like the Tommy Wiseau of Hell's kitchen.
I just realized they edited in the confessional. 3:19 Lacey is talking but they cut her off before they can finish her sentence because she’s talking about when she was cooking meat before getting kicked off I think. The end of the sentence is “so I can get you your well done Wellington”
+ look at the red ! It was so obvious it was edited
