I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis in my right foot for a few weeks. Although it is slowly getting better, and was painful during this practice, it felt so much better after! This is at 948 pm after being on my feet all day! I will be repeating this often!!! Thank you!

Love it, I broke my calcaneus a few years back and did a lot of damage to my tendons in my heel and my Achilles.

I sprained my ankle 6 was ago and although it’s healing slowly - these exercises help me start the day when it’s stiff and sore in the morning

The second position I can’t lie my hands like you are the back , I need to help my balance by placing my hands at the sides of me
That's absolutely fine Louise! These postures are INTENSE, so only go as far as your body wants to go
@@YogawithJoelle I’ve got hip bursitis on the side of my right hip, so it’s no surprise that the pain travels to my knees and ankles , so my ankle does ache afterwards which is to be expected:-) I also other yoga poses for hip bursitis that I do from your other yoga videos :-)
My right foot cramps up very easily ever since I had ankle surgery over a year ago. Can doing this every day help with that?
