Gopro 11 vs 10 vs DJI Action: Most Cinematic Vlogging Camera

We are comparing the Gopro Hero 11 Black to last year's Hero 10. As well as the DJI Osmo Action. Is the Gopro 11 really an upgrade over the 10 or DJI? The sensor isn't actually bigger, just taller. Can you see the difference between 10 bit and 8 bit? Not a lot of new specs.
