      Yes, you are right. All meat eaters have issues with joints eventually. I have no arthritis or joint ussues. I eat all of these.
      Had colon cancer so I totally avoid meat since I'm not doing chemo. Don't need to.

    Okra is good for joint health. Can be used in punch, salads, soup, stews, streamed fish wrapped in an array of seasonings with okra an placed in an oven or on the grill.

    Number 11 is not a Tofu but you can say Du-Bu.instead. This is correct Pronuciation in Korean because the food, Du-Bu essentially came from Korea brfore (North area and South area was divided)a long long ago.
    Tofu is usually Chinese pronunciation

    On berries.. no mention of blackcurrants? Because the name doesn't include "berry" it seems to be excluded. Blackcurrants are loaded with vit C and other nutrients good for vision . I think we take them for granted because they grow so easily. Grow your own blueberry and blackcurrants. It's so easy
