    Chinese/ Japanese people like bone broth soup in every meals no wonder they look younger than their real age. European/ western people matures easily because they prefer dried cooking food without soup.

    • @curaxa
      @curaxa  Рік тому +5

      Thank you for sharing your perspective. Cultural dietary preferences can indeed differ, and bone broth is valued in many Asian cuisines. However, it's important to consider that factors like genetics, lifestyle, skincare practices, and overall well-being contribute to a person's appearance and health. A balanced and varied diet, along with other healthy habits, can play a role in maintaining overall vitality. It's always fascinating to explore cultural differences in food choices. If you have any more insights or comments, feel free to share them.

      It's true that dietary recommendations and information can sometimes be conflicting or confusing. The field of nutrition is complex, and different sources may present differing viewpoints.
      When it comes to choosing beef, there are a few factors to consider for a healthier option:
      Lean Cuts: Opt for lean cuts of beef, which have less fat. Examples include sirloin, tenderloin, or flank steak. Trimming visible fat before cooking can also reduce the overall fat content.
      Grass-Fed Beef: Grass-fed beef comes from cows that primarily graze on grass and other forage. It tends to have a higher omega-3 fatty acid content and a healthier fat profile compared to conventionally raised grain-fed beef.
      Organic and Antibiotic-Free: Choosing organic beef and meat that is raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones may be preferred by some individuals.
      Moderation: It's important to consume beef in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Balancing your protein sources with other nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, is recommended.
      Additionally, cooking methods can also influence the overall healthiness of beef. Grilling, broiling, or baking can help reduce the fat content, while avoiding excessive use of added fats or oils can help keep the dish healthier.
