Anyone else feel the same way? I used to think detoxing meant starving myself on crazy diets, but this video really showed me that true detoxing comes from eating the right foods. If so, give me a like 🙌 It's amazing how natural ingredients like lemon and green tea can make such a big difference in how I feel every day.

This is in (no way) insinuating that (you) are ignorant, it is just human nature. ie, the (only) child (brave) enough to (raise their hand), in a classroom of other children (afraid) to do the same. I love ginger. Especially crystallized!! Also cardenum and cinnamon in chai tea latte. Starbuck’s chia tea latte is the best. It is perfect. Oh, and I especially like ginger snaps. I buy low sugar. Spice up your life!! Do not eat same old stuff!!!
