When you first introduced METCON workouts on your channel years ago they were super challenging!!! I was afraid of them. And then 12 week program 3.0 had lots of METCON, the madness intensified. But getting through them with a whole lot of sweat and out of breathness made me love them. Now i never shy away from a METCON workout.

Metcon superfan girl here!!!! I pretty much do metcons and Pilates these days. Perfect balance of pack it all in in each sweat sesh- pump it up in Metcon and mellow it out in Pilates. Still building strength endurance and mobility all the way. THANK YOU Heather - loved this one. Love the new moves.
