I just finished your first 12 week program last week and I’m doing a month of just other workouts and I love me a metcon, the warm up started and I felt like I was home, it was exactly the same warmup moves from 4, 5 years ago! Then started the workout and was like “oh these are different”. Different but good!
LOVE Metcon! Loved some of the new to me moves in this one. Finished off with the new standing abs from last month. I feel great! Thank you, Heather!!!!!

I tried this a bit different this time: #1 - reverse lunges (new- heavy), push-up combo, goblet squat (new - 5-5-1), tall kneeling curls (new), ladder, squat jack; #2 - lateral lunge (new - heavy), chest press, inch worms w/tricep push-up, lunge/snatch x2, rotational hops (new - would do something different next time - maybe broad jumps)
Even though I really wanted to I couldn't get past 18 mins of the video. What a strong and powerful workout. But I'll continue this tomorrow because I'm out of time for now.
I love that there is always change and variety in your programs, I really enjoy the metcons, but I also discovered that I enjoy strength and tabatas and pilates, so thanks for always keeping it interesting and challenging!❤
When you first introduced METCON workouts on your channel years ago they were super challenging!!! I was afraid of them. And then 12 week program 3.0 had lots of METCON, the madness intensified. But getting through them with a whole lot of sweat and out of breathness made me love them. Now i never shy away from a METCON workout. Thank you for these amazing workouts HR ❤
