Great workout - into zone 2 and a bit of 3. I enjoyed this new workout and new moves. Thanks for the Aug Calendar it’s my first time following a monthly format. Usually I’m doing the 12 week programs over again. I love it ALL. Next stop - new mobility video. ❤

Love this work out! It's moderately paced, yet made me sweaty. The movements are easy so it's very less chance to hurt yourself even if your technique isn't perfect yet.

I love this workout ! And I enjoy what weights are recommended on the exercise, like light or medium was used in this workout. It saves time from me on guessing what ones I should use. Thank-you. Even though I didn't sweat, my arm muscles definitely felt the burn, Heather !
