Not gonna lie, I like to write "what-if" one-off stories, and with this playing while I write them, I can't help but feel immersed. Stunning voice work.
That comic was so random and so good. I love triple zero and is BeeTee friend, great voice acting for everyone. Thank you so much for making this otherwise I would never actually known this story, I've never gotten into comics.
42:30 It's a good scene and the two before it. It shows what the chains in the sith code are. Vadar's strongest chains, keeping him from embracing the dark side; keeping him chained to Annakin? Through victory my chains are broken. Vadar's chains being broken and then he's strong enough in the dark side to overcome his need to breathe without respiration through his suit and is that much more Darth Vadar
OH damn!!! Thst Mustafar flash back hit hard! Seriously great work on these audio comics! This is top quality Star Wars content. Better than anything Disney can do...
Can we talk about how Vader killed the doctor, walked away liked nothing happened then proceeded to kill a demoted general tagge and then bully some poor imperial worker
I loved this series. I remember the fandom was a little split on TFA [ _nothing_ like TLJ though]. There were all these chats about how great the Prequels were, complaints about the EU becoming Legends, people saying "Jar Jar Abrams" this & "Mary Sue" that... But me? I was discovering that I really _WAS_ a Star Wars fan. TFA piqued my interest, & supplemental materials were no longer daunting, so I started off with the Vader comic. Wound up checking out the Main series, Aphra, Solo, Chewy, etc. Loved it all I haven't been able to keep up with it in recent times. So glad you guys are doing this. Look forward to the Vader Down arc & beyond
Yeah I was a big fan of the legends stuff but i can admit that a lot of it wasnt that good. I still wish that KOTOR would be made Cannon though, as in my opinion that's one of the best parts of legends lore.
forgive those who seek it, honor those who deserve forgiveness and do not ask. vader wasnt seeking retribution or trying to correct wrongs. he was protecting his son. there was no redemption on the level people assume. if he survived endor vader would not have joined the rebel alliance he would of ruled with an iron fist
@@jamesmurray9602 super late but, Anakin became a force ghost which is something only Jedi can do, he died a Jedi not a Sith, so no, he wouldn't have ruled with an iron fist, he would have joined his son
Yeah that was the entire point if his turn at the end of ROTJ. Anakin's story is of conflict, as much as he was buried in the Dark Side Anakin still existed. His anger and rage while was spurred on by the suit he really was angry at himself.
This is one of my 3 favorite channels. please keep up the outstanding work! I love all the comics and am amazed by the talent and hard work that go into making these!
Am I a weirdo that I find Vader's murderousness to be very satisfying in this series? What we got at the end of Rogue One pales in comparison to how downright SAVAGE Vader is here.
Excellent narration great voice work. Incorporating the animation as well I'm now following lol I love good star wars content this was spectacular 👌❤️❤️
How...how in the hell with material like this around, could Disney screw up the way it did, I'm at 16:10 and I'm already hooked! Kudos to the voice actors, hell of a job!

Is it just me, or does it seem to anyone else that it's a bit far along in darth Vader's sith career to be explaining the basics to him as the emperor is doing at the begining of this video?
Ya know, without the expanded universe, you really wouldn't see just how damn over the top evil Vader really was. Except for killing the younglings in the jedi temple which could almost be attributed to his compromised sanity state and the relative goreless portrayal of most of Vaders kills, the movies never gave me the sense of just how dark he really was and i was sitting in the theater in 1977, a 10 yo boy riveted by the most amazing shit I'd ever seen.
Who else turned their head at the beginning and thought Vader said, "1st we visit Emperor and then we deal with THANOS"? I was like what?🤷😆 15:40 Now "THESE are the droids I was looking for!"😎👌✊💀🤖💀🤖💀🔥 🔥 🔥
If I were to ever create a Star Wars video game it will be a star is video game with Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker and the parallels of their universe is the rise of Skywalker and the fall of Darth Vader. And all the little missions and quest that include both of them playing this game of cat and mouse. I literally imagine the concept of starting the game off with Darth Vader coming out of his sceptic tank and getting into his suit. The level of drama that I would include would be epic and honestly if I wouldn’t make the game it would be virtual reality using nintendo switch with playstation vr. I only mentioned this in this specific post because the entire game lore will be purely based on all of these comics and this comic would def be a game episode.
I call bullshit on one thing. Aphra surviving the vacuum of space. Nothing has been shown to suggest that she has some sort of method of surviving space without protection. Other than that, not bad
It's scientifically possible in real life to survive for 90 seconds or so in the vacuum of space, if proper precautions are taken (expel all air from your lungs before entering the vacuum and keep your eyes closed to avoid evaporation). You'll lose consciousness, and suffer a lot of potential damage from the pressure change, but survive. Considering the advanced medical technology in Star Wars, I could absolutely see Aphra's survival as believable.
@@StarWarsAudioComics well personally I cant. I understand that this is fictional stuff, but my suspicion of disbelief can only stretch so far. I might be able to believe force users can, I have listened to the darth bane audiobooks.

Vision impaired sw fan here too. Said it before, i’ll say it again: listening to comics is real helpful due to my poor sight!
@John permeswar that comes across as a pretty disingenuous comment to make.

Cylo was an idiot if he truly believed he would be able to defeat Vader!
No, his lack of understanding the force and underestimated Vader’s power is reason for his downfall. Plus, his arrogance.
