hello Dr.Rowe,I have watch your channel for about a year, now I may have this buldge disk problem, afetr weight lift trainning I injured my lower back,It was the 2nd time this year, and I stop training for about a month now,I'm also useing spary medicine but recent days when I lay down face up or down my lower back still hurts,is there anything I can do to easy the pain, thank you very much.
Good morning, Doctor Rowe! This is a good update and compilation. As you know, rib pain is no joke. I really appreciate your efforts to help relieve pain in this particular area of the body. Have an awesome day!
As someone who consistently has ribs rocket out of place (especially while I'm sleeping- UGH), these brought such immediate relief!! Thank you so much 😭
@@DrRowe No, thank you sir. I got some relief till I can make it to the chiro. It's frustrating cause I used to have a problem with a lower disk. It's from slouching on the computer.
Oh boy I've been there hahah, especially when I had my first panic attack and muscular chest pain due to my old job at home sitting in front of the pc all day.. I was so confused about all the signals my body was sending me.
Thank you two for speaking about this. I felt like an imposter when the checks at the ER were all okay. Thankfully I contacted my local osteopath after that, but I'm still struggling. Sitting at the desk is just the worst :D
@@TheStillhonest for sure!! This had happened before I ever knew I should see chiropractor. My pcp could never figure out what was wrong with me, the ER dr said everything was fine with my heart. Finally a friend suggested a chiropractor. Such a life changing moment when the ribs were put back in place. The anxiety it was causing me was a bit overwhelming.
Going through this now. Fell down some stairs earlier in the week and no issues. Yesterday at work leaned over at my desk and heard a pop. Most intense pain I've ever felt and I have a very high tolerance. ER said X-rays and MRI were good. I feel my rib popped out but they can't see it. A sneeze this morning almost made me pass out in pain. How did you solve this?
Thank you so much. I fell really hard on my hands in gravel and have had a lot of pain in my ribs on left side front and back. Can't lay down in bed. With this video I located the rib area at sternum that is causing most of the pain. Stretching is helping.
Hi! Thank you! Your video brought some relief immediately. I tried this neck stretching tool yesterday and this afternoon pain in my ribs below my shoulder blade appeared. It was hard to take deep breaths but your exercises helped
I followed what you said about the doorway and my rib just won't go back. Last time this happened I had to go to the Chiropractor to have him put it back. I cannot try the roller as I am at work, and I refuse to lay on the floor. However, I will try this at home if it hasn't popped into place by then. Is there a way to do something else to get it back into place while at work? It's on the left side in the middle of my back next to my spine.
I have slipping rib syndrome. There's a rib that gets easily out of alignment. The problem is that it's behind and only slightly below one of my breasts. I've had four incidents, and some have required months to heal. Should the second exercise help that or is there something more I can do to prevent dislocation or speed up recovery? It's very painful, and without warning it causes me to scream out in pain when a movement, hiccup, cough or sneeze (the worst) happen.
I am 16, and i have terrible posture.(rounded shoulders, hunched back, anterior pelvic tilt, scapular winging and flared ribs). I'm quite confused about which exercises to perform and which part to target first. Is my condition even fixable?
Question. I’m always going to the chiropractor and she takes an activator over my front ribs to put them back in place. Will these exercises especially the first one you showed help with putting those ribs back into place?
I did the exercises but my pain increased. Should I go see a chiropractor or a doctor or something? About 4 years ago 7 of my ribs were either dislocated or it was subluxation but now I just get severe pain ever once in a while
I fell on my back a couple days ago. xrays show nothing broken but when I move it feels like something is separated from my back and my muscles spasms real bad. what can I do if I have a dislocated rib?
@cowdough94 I fell forward and broke 3 ribs under the breast muscle. None of them showed up on an x-ray because of the thick breast muscle. I finally got a CAT scan with contrast and that showed the 3 broken ribs.
@@kristinejackson9584 yeah the xray doesn't really show too much. I mean you know you and when somethings. messed up scan or no scan. good luck and don't laugh, sneeze, cough, yell, blow your nose, pick stuff up, throw anything, lay down, sit up, run, walk, or do anything else for that matter. lol
I have a compounded issue. 1st, this last wed I contracted a URI somewhere. fighting a fever etc, the whole 9 yards. Well thurs night I was sitting up. I felt compelled to cough to get some of this crap of my system in my chest popped LOUDLY. Now everthing from the waist up hurts. I suspect pinched nerve too. IF i cough too hard, I ended up having involuntary bladder bowel movements. Coughing at all hurts a lot right now in middle of being sick :( Waiting for TH appt in 20
I have had 7/10 pain in my right side. Frels like a pinched nerve and can hardly breathe. The side stretch actually helped and I am able to breathe a little more comfortably. Thanks.
I have a question my mom has been deal with rib pain for the last couple of yours she slipped and fell on her car trailer and on her left side under her breast it give her problems where sometimes she's having problems breathing it'll hurt so bad she not sure if she's broke or just fractured her ribs but either way I know that there's no way of fixing a broke or fracture rib they have to heal on there own if they ever do but I'm just wanting to know if there's some way you can give me some advice on helping her relief her pain alittle bit and also I started to watch you for the first time when you did the one video about having TMJ which I have and some of your exercise techniques actually have been working but if you could answer my question about my mom's issue I'd appreciate thank you
Been trying all these and just can’t get it to go back to normal. Have an elevated/misaligned lower portion of the rib cage from sleeping on it funny. Definitely noticeable in a mirror. Feels like someone kicked me in the ribs a bunch of times.
These are good stretches but when you have a rib cage outta place you have to have someone put it back in place manually. You stand up and chiropractor from behind reaches arms around you and lifts you off the ground........and crunch....there it is 😂😂😂😂😂
@@DrRowe then what could it be 😭my right wrist makes this weird clicking sound n my pinky is like tingly n numb for weekssss , n m not even old m 25, thanks for replying tho 🥺
Recently fractured 2-3 ribs 3 months ago and have ongoing discomfort in the left side. Especially when lifting my arms overhead and pulling down or twisting. Any movements specific to that discomfort?
Is there a way to get rid of the middle of the ribcage/chest bone from locking itself? It’s been happening a lot to me and it hurts like hell when I have to release it by forcefully bending backwards with my arms against my head to force it to pop release or watever it is
Uhg my door frames are too wide or too narrow....corner of room ...meh....not sure how to find a happy medium so I can actually STRETCH I live in a basic double wide trailer, they're almost all the same (🤣🤷🏼♀️ ) so anyone who's lived in one.....any advice? Thanks! ❤️
