I have been diagnosed arthritis in my left shoulder and have the right shoulder injured many years ago, I want to know if it is possible for me to do these exercises without damage for my shoulders? Thanks for your help. 😊

I was hoping two days ago for an updated video of the most efficient ways to get rid of shoulder blade pain since I have watched a lot of your videos, with very similar exercises but sometimes the whole routines takes too much time. This is an excellent compilation of the most effectives ones in my opinion and easy to incorporate as a daily routine. I always repeat this when I comment, after doing one of those routines I found a year ago on your channel I woke up the next day painless for the first time in 20 years, couldn't be more thankful

It's 3 in the AM and my shoulder was keeping me awake. It's hurt for 3 days. This 10 min video solved the pain and let me stretch whatever was causing it. Lordy, thank you lol

Yoir videos are really helpful. Your neck and shoulder blade exercises relieved 70% of my pain immediately after trying them. It’s also very good that you have a cover photo of pain point in human body in most of your videos cause personally i don’t know what each muscle is called but i can easily figure if the picture is the same place i felt irritation or not.
This bloke is fair dinkum. His intelligent application of knowledge, IMO, puts him in at least, the top 3 presenters, on UA-cam. As I'm afflicted with ADD, his clear, simple, practical instructions, are a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!! He speaks directly to the problem. He speaks directly to the solution. What is being addressed in a roundabout way, is the fascia. If the fascia doesn't get attention, nothing is going to change. And these exercises, with the pause and hold protocols, like yoga, effect the fascia so that it lets go, at least somewhat to allow the belly of the muscle to relax, or at least align better with the rest of the body. Also, thank you for not trying to sell me a book/consultation/live-forever-supplements! Dear God, it was such a relief not to be 'upsold' on some crapola. Thanks for such practical, effective instruction. I, like many others, am/are, most grateful for you active compassion, and thoughtfulness. A lot of us simply don't have the cash to seek treatment. Thanks for sharing the tips! I have been in major pain on my left side just under the shoulder blades. Feels like a giant knot I can't get out and typical massagers just can't reach under my shoulder blades. Normally I'd tough through this kind of pain, but lately it has gotten so bad I couldn't lift my left arm without really bad pain, and had to take pain killers.. I can't wait to try these and make these exercises my daily routine! Thank you again!
Well this helped a lot , I have asthma and my left lung is stronger than the right , and my right shoulder blade aches everyday. Definitely got some relief with this

Hey doc. Writing here in hopes to reach your expertise. I'm having issues with my scapula area and neck from a severely overused right arm. I have ringing in my ears constantly for 3 weeks, I will get fever like heat waves going through my body. It seems like standing straight and doing nothing is the only way to get a little bit of relief from the heat waves. When I sit or lay down the ringing gets louder and the heat waves typically will come back. Getting a good night's sleep is very hard. I tried to go back to work to save my job. Use of my arm made me feel so sick, I felt like I was being attacked by heat waves. Sweaty palms and cold hands and feet. Stomach would not let me eat more than a few bites of food. I have pain in my traps when I walk and tingling/flicking sensations along my spine when sitting or laying down. I know this is alot to throw at you. But what nerves should I be looking at if it's getting this bad? It feels like my nervous system is going haywire at times. Trying to find a sleeping position is nearly impossible and I'm putting myself in compromising positions to get relief and I'm triggering my sciatica sometimes. This feels like a downward spiral I can't get out of. Any help appreciated. Stay healthy everyone. RSI's are no joke
Half the exercises I can't do due to the pain I feel. On day 3 of this random pain, came out of no where at mid arm between shoulder and elbow. Now has extended to whole shoulder from wrong stretches possibly. Long story short. Will one excercise you shared help more than another when pain is at a 7 out of 10. At 9 going to ER. 😢

I had bursted tendon on my right shoulder. Just wanted to ask if I can do this exercises without further damage to my shoulder? I was told by my PT to do exercises to strengthen the muscles on my right shoulder.
Watching this at oil change place wishing I could just lay on the floor and see if it helps. I did something this morning in the garden, and now the pain in my shoulder blade is excruciating when I take a deep breath or reach/pull.
In trial run my right should blade is in so much pain and possibly over use. I am on day 2 of exercises. Will let you know how it goes. I wish I could see my chiropractor asap. It feels like my should needs a good adjustment.
The matter of fact it works even while you sitting in the armchair. Sounds of crackled joints is something. @4:45 I prefer to hard knuckle and turn fists till the stretching sensed in the wrists. Then instead of 5:13 I stretch the palms outwards, like I want to make palm heel hits. Somewhat helps with carpals - tireness of keyboad&mouse everyday many hours' work. @10:32 - lower the better for me. At hip level it helps to stretch stuck collarbones too.
My pain is always random. Sometimes it just starts because I rolled over in bed weird. Sometimes it starts because I stretched and then it takes me months to start feeling better. It is from my right shoulder all the way into my back and down the right side of my spine. I am kind of big upfront and so I don’t know if that’s what’s being a lot of my problem.
i was trying to do the one where you lie on your stomach and drive your head up with hands on the back of your head and something is now very wrong in my left shoulder. thanks 👍
