INEOS Grenadier Interior Revealed

- The interior of the INEOS Grenadier is finally revealed and is designed on purpose, to deliver the space, practicality and versatility owners need from a hard-working 4X4. Starting from a clean sheet, the design incorporates the modern technology and comfort expected of a
vehicle for the 2020s and beyond.
Toggle switches and dials on the center and overhead consoles are widely spaced and clearly labelled. Auxiliary switches have been built in, pre-wired to support the addition of winches, work lights and other accessories.
Advanced technology is included only where it benefits functionality and usability. The infotainment system is accessed via a 12.3-inch touchscreen, or by using a rotary dial. The Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration means users can rely on smartphone navigation
which will always be up to date. And the off-road pathfinder navigation system allows drivers to program follow and record their route via waypoints, when roads and tracks are left behind.

The control panel looks like a radio from WWII.
or helicopter's panel 😎
Nothing wrong with that
All I can say is wow 👌
I didn't think you would truly stick to the functionality you said, but you have, and you've nailed it.
Time to start looking at brochures.
The interior is nice and simple
Early on it sounded such a brilliant idea but as can so often happen, things don’t always materialise so it’s heartening that the Grenadier is now a reality. Congratulations to all involved. Am sure this vehicle is going to be a huge success.
With its no nonsense approach I imagine the Grenadier will knock the Defender into the long grass.
Wow 😮
Looks like it'll last 50 years. Sign me up.
I like all the buttons and switches - easier to find that going through a screen and menus
Aviation inspired analogue 'cockpit'. Love it! May even trade in my 2 year old Shogun LWB SG5 for one of these.
Just wish it was built in the UK
BREXIT happened.....
@@neg8098 shame 😕
@@neg8098 Absolutely zero to do with Brexit. Mercedes decided to shrink their European manufacturing footprint, after they had re-equipped the Smart factory for 4x4 production. Ineos managed to cut a good deal which cut at least eighteen months of the time to market. Development and production tooling for a new vehicle is a huge money burning exercise so from a business point of view it was a no brainer to take advantage of Mercedes misfortunes and buy the factory.
This roof panel is awesome. And at last no nav sat but use the devices you already own by Apple Carplay. I really like this rig. Please allow for reasonable pricing.
it has sat nav..it uses BMW's infotainment system...
This gets better and better! Love the switchgear
Looks like a U-Boot control panel indeed. Takes a long time to get a basic 4x4 on the road. Its slowly a whole teaser production.
Great job on the b-roll. I'm sure there's stuff in here I haven't seen anywhere else
I want to see start up procedure!!!! Do I need to get clearance. Even if I dont I am going to be asking for it regardless.
"Ladies and gentlemen this is your captain speaking......."
Fantastic!! The aeroplane type cockpit with bolt on switches & components makes a lot of sense. Future upgrades are endless! Love it very much! WELL DONE Grenadier!!
Is there a chance that there's going to be a 2 door model? Plus, I know it's just a curiosity, but where can you insert CDs? Thanks
CDs? Would you also like a cassette tape player with that? I'm with you on the need for a normal single and double cab to go with this. A manual gearbox would be a bonus. A cheaper 4×2 version would spread the appeal of the vehicle to the wider public.
Media is reporting to expect a starting price at 34k. They are dreaming. There is no possible way this vehicle will start less than 50k. If it is less than 65k, I will buy one.
Looks like a cockpit of a Ridley Scott spaceship
This is awesome. A blend of aviation and high-end HiFi inspired switchgear that looks so unique and high quality. Great job.
I Love this Aviation Style! Just awesome!
No center diff lock?
It's manual - look at the High/Low box lever. Optional front and rear diff locks
What engine is going in it. HP? Torque?
Looks like a gear shifter from a new BMW?? Not to say that it has same motor and transmission but could maybe have TTV8 From say X5/6M?
it has bmw 3 litre straight six diesel and petrol engine
LOVE IT! - when can I buy one?
@G. Team from Russia?
I love that switch gear! So much cooler than piano black electronic touch buttons. Land Rover is probably going now why didn’t we think of that.
They taking in different than what we see!!!😟
This will be sold in a America with a BMW inline 6 turbo. They are working on snagging a hydrogen fuel cell power plant fron Hyundai. Fully loaded $71k U.S. I don't think they will be able to keep up with the US demand alone.
Your post is utterly wrong.
Misinformation troll 😈
@@marshallfelter2414 it's literally on every story that involves the grenadier. 🤣 all you have to do is Google ineos grenadier hyundai fuel cell.
@@tingokuman
More misinformation,
You’re standing on your head too much 😂
@@marshallfelter2414 Loser it's literally on Ineos website with pictures. You're such a tool. 🤣🤣
@@tingokuman
You’re embarrassing yourself with more misinformation, upside down boy 😂
How do you use your phone for NAV when you have no cell service, because YOU’RE OFF ROADING?! lol 🐴🐴🥌
You better have lots of space for map storage, seems like the cheap solution to me…I’ll take my Bronco! 🐴🐴🥌
Was enthousiasted by the spec and exterior, but so disapointed by the interior. The console is too wide and its upper section, vent and top mounted screen, is just ugly, as the steering wheel is. Not talking about the huge design mistake not having rear seats folding flat. Roof front windows is cool only for the concept, but will get you cooked in no time. Well very very disapointed.
Will it be reliable, only time will tell in truth, so won’t be buying one of the first off vehicles
By todays standards it looks totally outdated .
No it looks like it tough, durable and well thought through
@@Lordoftheflatbush tough, durable how do you tell that ?
Retro aerospace inspired cabin and the body shape of the old and deeply, deeply flawed LR Defender with an unremarkable power train. What is this bringing to an already crowded 4X4 market? Don’t get it at all.
