    during my personel running single...to get motivation i use tws earphones ( sony xb700) and listen to online radio station "dj radio romania" 😁😁. thodi problem hoti hai kyoki hath me mobile phone leke bhagna padta hai

    Mai ek aisa student hu jo hamesa se room mai rehna chhata tha or 200m mai hi thak jata tha but 15 din bacha tha PET hone mai.main 5km complete krne mai 28 min le rha hu.Bas 23 ko dekhna hi....kr pata hu ya ni 24 min mai.
