They have to pass the 2 mats. Not wide enough to they had to put them on the side. They also had to wait for the other slower runners to pass before they could set them up.

Obviously good time but pace was all over the place. 2:39 1K up to 2:52 4K is a huge positive split for 5K. As reference Cheptegei's WR splits were incredibly consistent: 2:31, 2:35, 2:36, 2:35, 2:32. Definitely there is room for improvement.
Ciao ragazzi , devo dire la mia in merito, purtroppo condivido in parte ciò che avete detto ,ovvero ho acquistato questa scarpa a giugno e l'ho tenuta fino a metà settembre facendoci quasi 700km poi le ho chiaramente messe da parte perche ormai sfondate beh vi dirò che il loro meglio lo hanno dato dopo i 300km anche sul bagnato ebbene si, luca devi ricrederti scherzo sapete benissimo che a volte è soggettiva la cosa . comunque sono stato talmente soddisfatto che ne ho acquistato unaltro paio identico tanto mi ci sono trovato bene . L'unica pecca è la scollatura della tomaia in prossimità della piega delle dita ma dopo tanti km sinceramente non gli ho dato peso più di tanto. Grazie per la vostra valutazione e detoniamo a bomba!!!

You need to get out there and grind. There’s no silver bullet
run consistently and you’d be running that pace at easy runs after some months
I upped my weekly mileage to 30miles and was able to do it.
