Korn in 6 seconds:
1. *screams* "AAAAArrrrreeee you ready!?!?!"
2. Daddy
3. Bagpipes
4. Larry.
Twist as well
@@RyanElkaakati I wasn't sure how to type those lyrics 😅EEEEEENaaadurrrradddadanuuurrrrddada...? lmfao
sus
You forgot dreads
Imagine a world where we got “Blind” and “Freak on a Leash” from a band called “LaЯЯy”
KoЯn is a better name
How did you get the R backwards???
@@JusticeOuinn420 I believe it’s some kind of Russian character
@@JusticeOuinn420Russian keyboard
@@professionalpersonman ohh lol I have no clue how to get Russian keyboard y'all dang I'm feeling kinda alittle dumb rn🤭🤭🤭
my favourite influential nu metal band
Larry
Honestly, that name ranks about the same oddity as Korn would. I'm sure Larry is very popular in another reality 😂
I like to think it would be spelled like: LaЯЯy
How dare you skip Untouchables
LITERALLY
FR WHERE IS ITT
Facts!! And "take a look in the mirror" 😢
How Thoughtless of her
Lmao, drowned out by several albums
I live in Bakersfield and run into Jonathan at times. He's so chill. He'll just be at Target like a normal dude haha
I remember reading JD saying in magazine interview in the mid 90's that he wanted to be in one of those bands that stays around forever.
Skipping the path of totality with Skrillex and excision is unholy
A lot of people dislike that album because of the EDM sound, I for one absolutely love it. Was jamming to Narcissistic Cannibal and Get Up today on my routes.
Fields is now back apparently
Bullshit
is he really?
I grew up with Korn and slipknot and all that
(I'm now a metal head thanks dad!!!!)
Korn and Slipknot were the first rock/metal bands I ever heard and I’ve not looked back since.
Korn is so iconic
I moved back to the states in 1994 and when the first album's I heard was korn and I absolutely fell in love. I'm 39 now and I still bump korn in fact it's in my CD player in my vehicle right now ..issues
Same bro
I moved to the mainland in '94, San Diego. 7th grade.
Heard Korn for the first time and was instantly hooked. In fact lol I bugged the hell out of my dad for the longest time for bagpipe and piano, and guitar lessons... Never got em though
What about the tracks they put on queen of the damned. Shit was 🔥
That was actually just Jonathan Davis
JD did most of that on his own. The movie version has his versions, but the soundtrack he got other vocalists to sing the songs he wrote because he didn’t want it to just be or sound like another Korn album. There’s a few songs on the album that he didn’t make exclusively though. Like Deftones, Static-X, Earshot, Godhead etc etc
The singles they put out we're incredible. Have you found "Kick the PA" from the spawn soundtrack?
@@Jarlaxle_Baenreit was actually due to legal reasons. JD was signed to one record label and the QOTD soundtrack was being released by a competitor. Hence he called in other artists to do the vocals like Chester and David.
God, I'm so old. Where have the years gone?
Man. Larry. So inspiring 😂 love their music!
David leaving the band hurt more than head's. I miss him
He didn’t leave they kicked him out.
he was a calvin klein model. and trash at drums
@@maximusperception6008 nope he definitely choose to leave korn and try for a third time at a solo project
@@locomoko3322 I read an article where they interviewed David and he said they wouldn’t let him back in the band and he wanted to rejoin.
Agreed. Ray is a great drummer but David’s style was just different and fit the band sooooo much better.
Fun fact Head is now a devout Christian
He's kinda toned down how religious he is, or at least how much he leaned into it as a personality trait or coping mechanism for his drug abuse but yes he is still a born again Christian. So is Fieldy.
@mastod0n1 Yeah he said he became a bit obsessed with it, which isn't bad until it consumes you and drives people away. He also started his solo project, and then Love and Death, then returned.
@@Endeavr_ It has to consume you, it's one's entire worldview. It isn't a badge you wear for special occasions.
LETS GO
I live in bakersfield and this is one of my favorote bands
Same here! I lived off of Fairfax, in the Eastside. One of my all time favorite bands!
This was different than i thought it would be. I was hoping to hear about the vegetable.
its not a vegetable, its grain....
@derrevolutor6347 if this short was what I thought it was, maybe I would have learned that.
@@HectorMartinez-wp2qo well, but it wasn´t. So I was there for you :D
Jonathan Davis's father Rick Davis was keyboard player for Frank Zappa
He really is a korn star
I love this it's like a refresher course for me.
Here for Korn, staying for Lauryn 😍
You mean Larry(?
Simp
❤❤❤🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
Korn en 11 canciones
1- Falling away from me

5- Y all want a single
6- Shoots and ladders
7- Freak on a leash
8- Right now

One of my favorite bands.
this band heavy. the bagpipes make the band sound so unique.
I was misled. I thought this was gunna be a farming video
I think you forget about "Untouchables"
THANK YOU KORN FOR FORMING TO EDUCATE THE WORLD
Need to see them a 3rd time 😭
I feel like Korn quietly went thru alot of shit over the years to get were they are today, still love there style of metal after all these years! Awesome band🤘
They use their music to help get past things. A lot of the tracks on the nothing were JD coping with the death of his wife for example.
Makes sense that Korn are from Bakersfield, I too wanna scream ans grunt like Korn does after spending more than 30 minutes in that hell hole
Well done . Absolutely killed it !!!
excellent! So fast and so important at the same time as far as the information provided is concerned!
Head's autobiographical is a good read
One of the only books I truly love as a non reader. When I first became Christian, I can't remember how I got the book, but I did NOT put it down.
Family Values 1998 Korn, Limp Biscuit, Orgy, Ramstein and Ice Cube. Went to the hotel afterwards and it was incredible
You forgot to mention how they got their band name! XD
Korn was influenced a lot by Mr. Bungle and Faith No More. Of course one of the best singers of all time, Mike Patton, was the frontman for these two groups.
Initially I had nothing but ire and disdain for Korn. My opinion of them slowly softened over time, though. And then one day I learned that Jonathan Davis' favorite band of all time is Pink Floyd, which is my all time favorite as well.
...I don't know...ever since then I feel more connected to them than I previously had....
"Head left the band due to substance abuse". He got sober and found God. Conveniently leaving out that fact.
My favourite band
Korn be like:
1. Scream "AAAARE YOU REEADDYYYYYYY
2. Bagpipes
3. Heavy riffs
4. 53 second music
This is how I like to get information! Fast, clear and concise! 😅
I don't care what anybody says, Woodstock 99 Korn "Blind" AARREEE YOUUU REEAADYYYY into the drop is the greatest 5 seconds of music history.
The history of Korn is listening throughout years of your life to their first 4 albums.
I love that they keep delivering awesome music still
Realising that this is not, in fact, a video detailing the domestication and farming of the corn plant:
“my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined”
All i gotta say is.
Since the very first time I heard Korn (Korn Korn) . I've loved em ever since. Yes ..even the old demos like neidermeys mind(idk how to spell I'm a stupit)
Please Korn release atleast one more for us!
Thank you for this. I like some of their songs a lot like a lot a lot but others I don't. But I was really curious with their history
This is brilliant!
You missed Terry Bozzio between David and Ray. Terry played on Untitled
No David, no Fieldy, no Korn
Did you know that Blind isn’t actually a Korn song and it was taken from a dude that members of the band played with previously? Blew my mind when I learned that!
i love how with one of their albums, i think Issues, they had a contest to allow the fans to design the album cover
Been a fan since the beginning until now. Best show was their free show at the Whiskey when Cheech Marin came out. I will NEver forget that or meeting Head and Monkey.
Korn was my first concert, in the country surrounded by corn.
KORN ONE OF THE GOATS !!! JOHNATHON IS AMAZING!!!
Awesome band♥️♥️
One of my top 3 bands fuck yeah.🤙
you just outlined thier discography... you could never reduce a band like Korn to 60 seconds...
In 💚 w/ Head!!!!
In Love with Korn
Can you imagine saying that LARRY invented the nu metal genre
Holy shit man I love Larry! Such a good band!
Have you ever wanted to run through a field of Korn, backward and newd?
Videos pretty cool I just wish you would mention the band LAPD
Korn is my favorite band of all time!! 🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥
Also, they do FREE shows in Bakersfield every once and awhile.
Ah yes my favorite band, Larry
Issues is such a classic album
Not going to mention that Head not only left because of his substance abuse issues, but also became Christian, started his solo project, and started Love and Death, then returned.
You could say this is the.. EVOLUTION of Korn?
Korn are also friends with ice cube and did music together
Korn (band)........awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤘🤘😎🤘😎🤘😎🤘😎🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
Selena Q and Jon both wore purple jumpsuits thru 1994-1995. ❤ 🌟
Pick any release, doesn't matter, all good.
Aww man, this band used to be so good.
Last time I bought one of their albums, it was 2010. I was in the mall and decided to pop into HT to see what deals they had going on for CDs and band tees. Saw a new Korn album on the shelf and bought it without reading the credits on the back. Excitedly returned to the car and popped the disc in and started reading the paper case (I hate paper CD cases).
I was incredibly disappointed to discover one of my favorite bands had gone the way of the dubstep trend. Think I enjoyed maybe one track on the whole album and it was so forgettable I can't remember the name.
Haven't listened to a new Korn release ever since. Maybe it's better now, I don't know.
Check out the last 2 albums. They're sick. Especially The Nothing🤘.
John Davis did the music for The queen of damned and had original music in the movie, she missed that one.
Just starting to get into these guys. Looks like my algorithm has noticed
Fieldy is back now I believe
That was 100 % better than a 30 min so called doco I just watch… you must of seen the crap documentary I saw to produce this straight relevant facts about the group. ☺️
Define, koRn----
Younocha-burracka-sceneacka-burakah...twist........twist..twist
Thank you
KoЯn!!!
UMMM HERE TO STAY? MISS???? WHAT ABOUT HERE TO STAY??? 😭
They actually started in 80’s , ever heard of garage bands
Yes!
You totally overlooked L.A.P.D.!
you didnt mention woodstock 99 they had the best set of anyone i was there
awesome
First grown in mexico. Later genetically modified. Later took a hiatus for winter. Later was eaten
very good
You missed that Head found God while he was getting off drugs
She forgot fieldy's first hiatus
Good job girl
Untouchables was a great album.
Hate so much when people put next video at the end in a way that you are 100% will accidentally click on it.
There are no pirates in Colorado.
Te saltaste untouchables y take a look !!❤
No Fieldy, no Korn.
Aaaaa dude! Kern's coming to Falfurrias
"Oh my god, let's go watch " LARRY!""?!!? NO!
