In this video, we will demonstrate 5 effective spine exercises specifically designed for individuals with neurological disabilities. These exercises are aimed at improving mobility and strength in the spine, helping to enhance overall quality of life.

The first exercise we'll explore is the seated twist. This exercise helps improve spinal rotation and mobility, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Ataxia, or Multiple Sclerosis.

Exercise 2, we have the cat-cow stretch. This exercise involves moving between a rounded back position (like a cat) and an arched back position (like a cow). The cat-cow stretch helps to mobilize the spine, improve posture, and alleviate tension in the back muscles.

Exercise 3, bridge pose, this exercise targets the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. By lifting the hips off the ground while lying on your back, you can strengthen the muscles that support the spine and improve overall stability.

Exercise 4, bird-dog pose. This exercise involves extending one arm and the opposite leg while balancing on hands and knees. The bird-dog pose helps improve balance, coordination, and core stability.

Exercise 5, we have the child's pose. This resting posture allows for gentle stretching of the spine, hips, and thighs, promoting relaxation and reducing tension in the back.
