      @@poojascreativityptl7612 I’m sorry. Being a vegetarian will make ataxia worse. Whoever says it won’t is wrong. The brain and nervous system need animal fats.

      I havent eaten meat for 16 years, got ataxia last year and after learning to walk again, my doc says it not getting worse. Important is to drink enough water

      @@raeowlsworth2435 very important to drink water and more than just water. LMNT packets are preferable but Liquid IV is also good. 16 years is a long time with no meat and extremely bad for the body especially when having a neurological disorder.

      @@serenachen4520 what I used to do is 3 sets of 30, 3 times a day. 1 set in the morning, 1 set around lunch, and 1 set in the afternoon

    well meat doesnt have fibers, which are kinda important for the digestion, and gmo is heavily regulated in the eu, its easier here no get non-gmo food lets see how a no meat diet affects my ataxia ^^

      @@serenachen4520 Yes. Tremors are not completely gone but better. Through exercise, stem cells, and the carnivore diet everything is better by leaps and bounds. It’s even noticeably by my main neurologist to where she has never seen or heard of these improvements.

      @@jessicabull4324 most definitely. By a factor of 1000. My trainer and I are putting together a company (LWA) that will offer exercise programs for all populations, not just those with Ataxia. We have personalized exercise programs and nutritional counseling with access to us for questions, feedback, instruction, etc.

      @@mabubaker1745 The first treatment was amazing. Improvements that are too many to list but the first and biggest improvement for me was a lot less brain fog. It’s still too early to tell on the second but already noticeable improvements in my depth perception.

      @@kevintoews5656 interesting. Yeah, you can’t beat dumbbells especially when it comes to control because it forces you to fight for control. When you use machines it’s doing a lot of the work for you.
