Hi Michelle - Thank you for this Restorative Yoga sequence. The effects of this practice can be felt so quickly. I started feeling ill about five days ago and did this on the 2nd day of the illness.and again this evening. I slept well that first night, and was noticeably less congested the next day, so wanted to do it once more during the last stages of the illness. 💗
I am teaching restorative classes at the moment and took this because I needed some inspiration. And now here I feel so relaxed and so much lighter, thank you so much.
The.absolute.best. You have taught me so much with this video, and I can actually feel what you are saying. This can only come from somebody who has actually studied the science behind the practice and to then deliver that in such a way of excellence. Absolutely perfect. My only feedback would be it would be nice to have some music synced. Would do this myself but it takes me forever to find a playlist! Thank you so much Michelle

I do this video everyday. Sometimes twice a day. Love it. I started this to help with the Inflammation I have due to Crohn’s disease. And this has helped me so much to keep the inflammation down. I’d like to know if there is any way to add some relaxation music to this video??
Hi Michelle, this was such a difficult practice for me... I did it because I do all of your classes. But my little monkey mind kept me from relaxing. I kept thinking: I could do Chaturangas and side planks and Dolphin and I could still breathe and would feel great afterwards.... I know that I need this kind of restorative practice/Yin Yoga alot. But it is so difficult to allow me doing absolutely nothing. I stopped the video at 40 minutes... I will get back to it. Or I will start with a shorter version. Thank you Michelle ❤😘

Wow. Really enjoyed that and I need it too. However, my back is still feeling like it's full life knots! I guess I have a lot of tension. So inflexible too. Its virtually impossible for me to put my "arms down" at the sides of my head in the fish pose. Yikes. I guess I need to do this daily huh?!
