What I noticed about this EFO RIRO is after making them as long as you don’t add water into the soup or can I say you cook the sauce well before adding spinach after 30 Minutes you remove them from heat you will not see any water in the soup. 😀😀 this is what happened to the one I cooked yesterday with olive oil 🤣 you can check it out it was very delicious 😋 Cookingandlifestylewithtessy channel to see it. This looks very delicious make sure you check out that my olive oil version of EFO RIRO 😀😀 lol thanks for sharing darling. I use fresh spinach more than frozen ones 😍😍

Job welldone! You did a fantastic job here, I know how hard it takes to cook, And I respect your effort on that!, Now haven’t said this, I would however suggest that next time you wanna make recipe and it happens you wanna use frozen spinach, bring it out from your freezer beforehand, that’s one!
Then. Secondly! Didn’t you think you removed too much nutrients from the spinach when you were squeezing out the water? Tho! I don’t know what “Efo Riro” means! But whatever it mean! I think the nutrients that was lost from the spinach would had makes it more authentic, my opinion ✋! Then the onions added was great! Anyways thanks for sharing, and I hope to see more of this!

Great resources but you have to make it healthy. Using 2 cubes and adding more salt is not good for the heart and for those suffering with hypertension. I will suggest adding the salt and skipping the cubes and then use natural flavors which are all ingredient of the cube without the salt.
