Yeah first to comment. My favorite proteins fish. This is epic ,presentation always on point. The way you cut the mackerel fish,the sizes will be mouth satisfying. I love how it came out, I will love to have mine with white rice.

Can you substitute palm oil for veg oil?
Veg. oil will work. It will be flavorful. The only thing that will be missing is the rich taste of the palm oil. Other than that, you will be fine.
If u make slits on the pieces of fish it will take the seasoning much more and you'll get more flavor from the fish!
