    You made my day. I just finished eating Efor riro now. I got All the ingredients including Locust-Beans and followed step by step and also used the timing as explained. Its just perfect. Thank you Lola 😊

    My favorite proteins fish.
    This is epic ,presentation always on point.
    The way you cut the mackerel fish,the sizes will be mouth satisfying.
    I love how it came out, I will love to have mine with white rice.

    We fix a tomato based creole with fish utilizing the Trinity ! A Down South recipe served over rice ! And it is oh so delicious ! Called kubiya !
    This dish Chef Lola looks so healthy & delicious !

    Can you substitute palm oil for veg oil?

      Veg. oil will work. It will be flavorful. The only thing that will be missing is the rich taste of the palm oil. Other than that, you will be fine.

    If u make slits on the pieces of fish it will take the seasoning much more and you'll get more flavor from the fish!
