Nice variation of an ab workout standing and not crunching.
(Hours later) I saw this one in the am and decided to give it a try after a HIIT session and it was GOOD! Kept me sweating and even needed to do some of the modifications even when I train and lift weights daily. Nice Katie! TY

Loved this! Used one 8 pound dumbbell and I was sweating at the end. Great burn. I’ve been looking for new ways to challenge my core and this did the trick.

Tried this straight away and it's one of my favourite ab workouts you've done - sometimes it's nice to feel a burn without having to get on the floor 🙈 going to send this to my mum too, she really wants to work on her stomach but she struggles with back pain and hates mat exercises!

Hi! All the details you need should be in your Sweat Starter kit, which you received when you signed up for Summer Shape Up. Each day will be a different mix of workouts from the app, UA-cam videos, and the SSU mini motivational challenges. For best results we recommend getting the premium app and the Hot Body Sweat Guide. If you don't do that then refer to the recommended UA-cam videos to substitute for the premium app workouts, but you can still do your Daily Ten in the app!

Im confused. The app has a workout, the plan has a workout link to a different UA-cam video, and then you just posted this one...
are we supposed to do them ALL???!! Or just pick one and the daily 10?

I can try to help☺️ I believe you are supposed to do your PAID app workout/or guide workout (if you have purchased it) then use the daily 10 in your email (but through app lol) as a warm up, finisher or whenever you have extra 10 min, then do the video she posted today as a bonus? The video linked in the email is for those who do not have the app or guides. Hope this helps and did not make you more confused 😅

Hi! I can help clarify too. For the best results, I recommend getting the premium app and the Hot Body Meal Plan, along with doing the SSU mini motivational challenges. If you don't have the premium app you can do the free Daily 10, and the linked UA-cam video in place of the App workout, along with all the other free stuff in your Sweat Starter.
