15 Min Standing Barre Abs Workout (Intense & No Equipment)

  • We will be chiseling our entire core in this 15 minute intense standing abs workout with light 3 lb hand weights (not required). Alongside the abs and core are the shoulders, arms, chest and back, so we'll be getting a great upper body workout too! We will do 26 exercises, for 30 seconds each, no repeats!

    A few tips to get the most out of this workout:
    -If you are a total beginner, do this a few times without the hand weights, then add them in as you get stronger
    -Keep your core tight throughout to protect your back
    -Do this workout 3x/week for best results!

    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    I love this workout. I hate getting on the floor to ab work so much that I hate to work my abs. This is THE perfect remedy. This standing ab workout is killer and now I love to work my abs. You feel everything is worked out. Thank you Jacquelyn. :)

    Hi - my daughter introduced me to your videos. Love the barre arms so thought I’d try your other workouts. Really good. I can’t go too deep on the squats - bad knees and just hit 60 but I can adapt. So great discovery

    Day 2 I love this. It’s so true and workouts on the floor uggg torture. This felt like 80s aerobics I used to lack coordination you make me feel confident and oh so pretty

    Actually felt this more in my arms and legs than my abs, but a really great quick full body workout!! 💪🔥👏
