This was my First 30 day challenge I’ve ever done & absolutely fell in love with myself again & proved myself wrong. Got rid of the excuses & showed myself what I am capable of. & have been training for the couch to 5k. This motivated me & keeps me motivated. 💪 I’m so grateful I came across your channel. Everything annoys me, and I don't want to feel that way because I'm someone who works on being a little more kind each day. This challenge is the perfect way for me to stop slacking, and prioritize my health. I've been a sportsperson since middle school, but college really decreased my play time. What adds on is the fact that we can't really do anything to change the global situation as of now, except for being kind to others obviously. So working out would be a good way to release that energy.

Ok, day 1 for me @ariana_lsf and I've done the daily 10 and starting on this workout. For my reference to do this challenge, start of workout is @0:55 😉
Day 4 - 31 min of elliptical (forgot the daily 10) Day 5 - Daily 10 from today and yesterday, and then my lsf app full body workout. I then did an ab ladder from Katie's 9/9 story instead of this video so that I could have a change of pace. 😉
Progressed so much this week. Today was the first time I was able to do the whole thing with out taking extra breaks. I usually always have to break during the bicycle section... But today I didn't have to stop..! So happy
Came down with a cold & sinus infection. Needed a day to do self care & get myself back on track. Will be put back a day. Will have to make it up tomorrow. ❤️ stay healthy everyone.

so I was not feeling a workout today it's that time of the month and I had a migraine. At 9pm I said I made a commitment and said I was in for 30 days, and I got it done. So thankful for you girl, and making me hold myself accountable.
I love this workout. It was especially helpful when you explained how to engage the abs and reminded me when to inhale and exhale. I usually do the breathing incorrectly.
Week 2.. my core is feeling stronger! Gone gluten & dairy free since Monday too and I'm excited about trying new recipes. Plus increasing my water intake. Nutrition is SooO 🔑! Thank you, Katie!

I completed a 30 minute hiit workout under LSF and let’s just say I am dying. I can’t definitely tell a difference in my endurance and my core strength.

Day 1 Week 3 complete!! Literally at the point where I memorize it 😂. I also did the daily 10 and legs and booty in the app. Felt good throughout my workouts today, but definitely need to incorporate more stretching. Let’s start this week off strong ladies. I know we can do it!
Day 3 Week 3 down! I was a little nervous that aunt flow would screw up my workout today but it actually went well. It really helped with my cramps 😃. So for all of my cycle sisters, we got this 😅🥇.

Feeing strong! Bicycles are the hardest for me, but I feel like they are getting easier.
