Ballet/Barre is now one of my favorites from you, including your walking DVDs, cardio boot camp boogie, kickboxing, kickboxing/ballet fusion. Awesome fun workouts. This was killer, super challenging! I felt it as soon as I stopped. Great, fast and efficient workout. Love these after I have already completed a workout. I did this after your "Ballet body barre workout". " Dig Deep" is what I kept saying over and over with this lol and only missed a couple reps. This was great too BC it also helped with flexibility with all the stretching movements. Thanks Jessica!
This was my workout for this morning this one was challenging to get through I could feel my abs working the hole time I lost so much after this accident so I am slowly getting myself building my muscle back up and getting a little stronger every day thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great day 😀

I can do 10 whole push-ups, yeah, the ones that men do :). About this one, I'm not sure I'm doing it right, the first posture hit my but a lot more than the abs and my hips feel sore too.
You go girl!! Way to knock out those push ups :-)) And yes, this workout works the hips and glutes a lot too so you will feel those muscles working! nice job!
Love this routines it was the perfect partner for 360 Abs from Walk Strong 1 this morning. My abs might definitely say hello later today. I like this because I wanted to do something different than crunches, sit ups and bicycles thus morning. This definitely was different and although only 12 minutes long I worked hard.
Day 28 done! This was my first time with this workout and I really enjoyed it. I used the Best Inner Thighs workout for the warmup and liked that as well. Both are much tougher than they look. Thanks!
I've been watching a lot of your videos and they look like amazing workouts! I really want to get started with them but I wonder if they will be too intense for my back. I have 2 herniated discs that cause sciatic pain all the way down my right leg. I basically have no flexibility because of it. I'm wondering which kind of excising would help. If you have any ideas I would be so grateful! I'm getting married next year and I want to look my best. The pain has really hindered my workout plans. If you have any tips on how to have better balance too that would be awesome. I fall a lot and I really want to improve my balance. Thanks so much! Love your videos!!!

Check in with a physical therapist or your doctor first and ask for specific recommendations for your back, then you can search through our library of vids to find ones that might work well for you (feel free to preview them first to see the moves and decide what's best). We do a lot of balance work in many of my routines so we can definitely help you with that but just be sure to honor what your body needs by getting an expert evaluation first :)

This is the best ab workout I've ever done! With my ballet background I was able feel my abs working, but also enjoyed doing them.
