Yoga has always been- even B.T. (Before Tim)- reflective of how in my life outside the mat, I am being. It’s reflective of how open or closed I am as a human being. Now D.T. (During Tim), the practice remains this wonderful mirror. And I am open now more than ever. T.T. (Thanks Tim) 😁🙏❤️
Thank you so much Tim. You are a fantastic teacher. This is the perfect level of challenge for me. I'm 63 and have seen dramatic improvements in my strength and flexibility after only 2 months of practicing with you. I am deeply grateful to you.
I'm recovering from a fractured arm. I loved this class, the exercises and the speed. I felt challenged but mostly the slow nature of it allowed me to really feel into the poses and try to be as correct as possible without rushing. Thanks!
Fantastic practice Tim, loved this so much today. I read this poem just before I practised and it really resonated too! my brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become eventually, they couldn't be in the same room with each other now my head and heart share custody of me I stay with my brain during the week and my heart gets me on weekends they never speak to one another - instead, they give me the same note to pass to each other every week and their notes they send to one another always says the same thing: "This is all your fault" on Sundays my heart complains about how my head has let me down in the past and on Wednesday my head lists all of the times my heart has screwed things up for me in the future they blame each other for the state of my life there's been a lot of yelling - and crying so, lately, I've been spending a lot of time with my gut who serves as my unofficial therapist most nights, I sneak out of the window in my ribcage and slide down my spine and collapse on my gut's plush leather chair that's always open for me ~ and I just sit sit sit sit until the sun comes up last evening, my gut asked me if I was having a hard time being caught between my heart and my head I nodded I said I didn't know if I could live with either of them anymore "my heart is always sad about something that happened yesterday while my head is always worried about something that may happen tomorrow," I lamented my gut squeezed my hand "I just can't live with my mistakes of the past or my anxiety about the future," I sighed my gut smiled and said: "in that case, you should go stay with your lungs for a while," I was confused - the look on my face gave it away "if you are exhausted about your heart's obsession with the fixed past and your mind's focus on the uncertain future your lungs are the perfect place for you there is no yesterday in your lungs there is no tomorrow there either there is only now there is only inhale there is only exhale there is only this moment there is only breath and in that breath you can rest while your heart and head work their relationship out." this morning, while my brain was busy reading tea leaves and while my heart was staring at old photographs I packed a little bag and walked to the door of my lungs before I could even knock she opened the door with a smile and as a gust of air embraced me she said "what took you so long?" ~ john roedel ( johnroedel.com )
Once again, I really enjoyed my practice with you. My co-workers and I are social workers. I turned some of my colleagues on to your channel and practices. We began as a small group following practices over lunchtime in one of our family rooms. You are a big hit. Thank you Tim and keep up the good work. Nadia
Thank you Nadia, I appreciate you all for supporting the channel! yogawithtim.mykajabi.com/products/store There is a lot of content in the CMC. Check it out & I hope you all enjoy. Namaste
My favorite from the last 3 months!!! Here is a feedback. How about a evening yoga session. I just did this one earlier this week in the morning and now in the evening. I was thinking a short intensity followed by a mellow mid to end session.
Ooh that was good! There is something about the half moon pose that is so hard - I guess the opposing balances up and across? As for transitioning to side plank, well it's good to laugh and not take oneself too seriously! Thank you for a great class.
So yesterday I had a wheel yoga classs. It's a new for me, so today my body feels like "ouch" 😌 but after this class, my body feel better. Thank you 🙏☺
I have learned so much about body positioning and how that should feel as well as where I should feel this. Your descriptions are right on. I can feel it right where you are describing. I know I could not learn this on my own. Thank you!
Thanks Joan. So good to hear. I encourage you to join the Conscious Movement Community (CMC). The CMC is for serious students like you who want to improve their practice. Going forward I'll be posting all new long and short workout videos exclusively on the CMC site. You can try it free for 2 weeks... Here’s the link: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Wow! in the midst of this pandemic I really appreciated this class. Lots of information on how to 'unlock' my muscles and increase my strength. Thanks Tim.
Great class, Tim. I like coming back to the more traditional practice with sun salutations and warrior 1 and 2. The warm up for the toes was really good and the 2 ab sections were perfect. Thanks and namaste.
Thank you , I really appreciate how well you describe each aspect out of each pose. It’s really helpful laying or revisiting the proper groundwork ! Cheers!
Thank you Tim! I really enjoyed the repetition of short sequences, it created a trance-like state within which is something I really value; it helps to centre the attention of Being into the practice. Hopefully I'll be able to join your website in the near future! Namaste 🙏🏻 नमस्ते
THANK YOU, TIM 😊 and Happy Monday (12/13/21@12:19pmET)! This was a nice soothing, basic flow class to start my Monday.👌 I always enjoy your morning flow workouts. 🌞 I'll be running through all of your YT vids soon, and I will then join your Conscious Movement Community! 👏👏 Although I teach, I'm always a student 🧘🏾♀️ as well and am hopeful to retain how you explain the anatomical alignments while in poses. I love those moments the most -- very thorough! 💖 I can't thank you enough! Have a great day and see you on the virtual mat! Namaste..........!🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thank you, Tim! Always thorough explanation in each pose. I've almost memorized what you say about each one. Your videos are a great supplement to my daily practice outside of going to classes. Congratulations on all of your success from hard work and namaste!
This is a fantastic class! My body was in desperate need of a really good stretch and this class covered the majority of my sore areas :-) Amazing, have bookmarked this one to do again!!!
Thanks Tim! This past weekend was amazing as I explored nature and fed chipmunks and birds right out of my hands. Yet, I still felt lower back pain when I was on my way home. Honestly, probably due to the impending stressful week ahead and upcoming soon to be 55 yrs on this planet on Sat., July 20th. Although I'm a strong believer that age is just a number, our bodies tend to tell us something different. That's the main reason I feel we should not stop moving and eat healthy so we can all enjoy life as much as possible even with the challenges that come our way. Your practice gives me a chance to do just what I need to remain calm and keep going. I'm trying to get some friends to follow you and my amazing daughter Victoria to participate in your conscious movement. I hope they sign up just because you are absolutely amazing and have really helped me a great deal. I hope to see more of these total body flows, some with focus on lower back and core as well as how to develop upper body strength. I still can't balance on just my arms or elbows but sure am willing to try. I appreciate all of your videos and look forward to all of them. Much Peace, Love and Blessings to you always! Namaste!
This is my second time doing this class. Loved the pace. Excellent core work and well rounded. Thank you for leaving more time to complete the vinyasa when you give a choice. I’m adding this to my favorites. 🙏
The culmination of everything you’ve been teaching on your you-tube vids seem to be coming together for me! Such a dope feeling - thank you so much. Fancy teaching frog pose? Cheers Tim
@ Yoga With Tim: Thanks, Mr. Tim! I somehow missed this level 1 practice. I just realize it is an earlier follow-along today. Wow, you are ageless, but it was a good slow stretch for me.🧘🤸🌞
Hi Tim! Your videos are great! Would you ever consider doing a 30 day series of 20-25 minute practices? As a mother of two, I feel like my workout times are so limited and would love to have a series to turn to for quick effective yoga practices!
I've just completed this for the fourth or fifth time. I think it's one of your best vids that you have ever put out (old YWT included). Love the pace and difficulty.
LOVE this workout! I especially loved the toe manipulations at the beginning. Thanks for all your hard work in making these videos for the yoga community. Namaste.
This is the type of yoga I enjoy. I enjoy when I have enough time to really feel each pose and ensure I am aligned properly before moving to the next pose. Your instructions are clear and concise. Thank you!
Great video! Always enjoy these in the morning or after work...would love an extra minute or two for corpse pose at the end though...just as I’m getting into it we always come out..other wise thank you so much!

What a nice tribute... Thanks, Gino!

So good to hear this! Thanks Susan. 😉

Good to hear it. Wishing you continued recovery 😉
Fantastic practice Tim, loved this so much today. I read this poem just before I practised and it really resonated too!
my brain and
heart divorced
a decade ago
over who was
to blame about
how big of a mess
I have become
eventually,
they couldn't be
in the same room
with each other
now my head and heart
share custody of me
I stay with my brain
during the week
and my heart
gets me on weekends
they never speak to one another
- instead, they give me
the same note to pass
to each other every week
and their notes they
send to one another always
says the same thing:
"This is all your fault"
on Sundays
my heart complains
about how my
head has let me down
in the past
and on Wednesday
my head lists all
of the times my
heart has screwed
things up for me
in the future
they blame each
other for the
state of my life
there's been a lot
of yelling - and crying
so,
lately, I've been
spending a lot of
time with my gut
who serves as my
unofficial therapist
most nights, I sneak out of the window in my ribcage
and slide down my spine
and collapse on my
gut's plush leather chair
that's always open for me
~ and I just sit sit sit sit
until the sun comes up
last evening,
my gut asked me
if I was having a hard
time being caught
between my heart
and my head
I nodded
I said I didn't know
if I could live with
either of them anymore
"my heart is always sad about
something that happened yesterday
while my head is always worried
about something that may happen tomorrow,"
I lamented
my gut squeezed my hand
"I just can't live with
my mistakes of the past
or my anxiety about the future,"
I sighed
my gut smiled and said:
"in that case,
you should
go stay with your
lungs for a while,"
I was confused
- the look on my face
gave it away
"if you are exhausted about
your heart's obsession with
the fixed past and your mind's focus
on the uncertain future
your lungs are the perfect place for you
there is no yesterday in your lungs
there is no tomorrow there either
there is only now
there is only inhale
there is only exhale
there is only this moment
there is only breath
and in that breath
you can rest while your
heart and head work
their relationship out."
this morning,
while my brain
was busy reading
tea leaves
and while my
heart was staring
at old photographs
I packed a little
bag and walked
to the door of
my lungs
before I could even knock
she opened the door
with a smile and as
a gust of air embraced me
she said
"what took you so long?"

That's a great idea Thanks!. Maybe I'll call it bedtime yoga. Keep an eye out for that one.

Such a wonderful practice. Thanks as always 🙏🙏😍😍🌼
Good morning (from Germany) Tim! This was a real burning workout! Thank you! Love your Chanel!

Like the slower flow. My body gets a chance to feel the position. Will do this again. I have been away too long.
I’ve been doing your challenges for the past 4 months during quarantine and this one’s my absolute favourite! You’re the best! Thank you Tim!!!!!
Loved it! Thank you Tim!
Love this one, perfect, not too challenging but sufficient for morning flow, feel enegized. Thank you!
