Hello sweet friends! Let's check in. How are you feeling today?
Grateful for you and your contribution to my well being.
this was so hard today but so glad I stuck with it. Thank you so much for all your fantastic videos x
Yoga With Adriene Feeling happier by just hearing your voice 😌
Just read your letter ❤️ JUST what I needed today! Just about to get on the mat! THANK YOU for all you do! Day #56 on my newest journey 💋🙏
A little tired of yesterday's practice, but I want to start this one now!😊 Thanks for all your inspiring videos.
I am 67 years old. I have been doing a "senior" yoga class for several years. When the quarantine began, we had to stop meeting. I would stretch some, but could not make myself follow through on my own. It is terrible what strength I lost in March, April, and May. My sister introduced me to your videos in June, and this is making me feel sooo much better than ever! Your tips and directions are so much better than I have received in a personal class. I modify when I need to, and am being careful, but I am dripping wet after class! I can tell I am regaining the strength and flexibility I had lost. Most importantly, my 56 year old sister is a caregiver for her husband who has ALS. This has been a Godsend for her during this heartbreaking time. It is helping her build strength and gives her some time for herself. Thank you for your generosity and the peace you are giving us all at this moment. P.S. I stand with you on your letter. Thank you for that, too!
Hi. I am 65 and like you have pretty much always attended a class. I moved house in the summer of 2019 and found YWA back then as I was busy and wanted to take my time finding a class to attend. When lockdown hit in the UK I had already done 31 days in January so I just carried on, and have been doing yoga almost every day since. I only miss the very occasional day now. I just love Adriene and she feels like a friend. I talk back to her. Importantly I know my yoga ability has really improved with balance and strength and cant thank her enough. I can now do a handstand but crow still evades me. I treat myself on a Saturday to a longer class and this is a beautiful class for many reasons. (Thank you Adriene). Astoria girl, keep at it forever x
Same age as I am. I've been doing Yoga with Adriene for several years now, most every day, and what a difference it has made!
❤️
Just wanted to say- I found Adriene 2 weeks into the pandemic, very out of shape at age 31, less than flexible, and anxiety-ridden. I just did this practice today, 13 months later, and I can't believe how far I've come. Once I realized we were moving into multiple warrior threes, I said out loud "HECK YEA. I'M A PLANE, BITCHES!". I'm now a 5 day a week Adriene devotee and I'm so grateful to have finally found my body.
Congrats to you!! Well done 🙂
Seriously, that is Awesome! Keep up the great work!
"Heck yeah I'm a plane, bitches!" is going to be my new mantra! Love this so much!! Congrats on your journey 🙌🙏
Happy for you, Audrey! You've got this
👍🏼😂
Every time Adriene says "let the nutrients of the practice sink in" I have this image in my head, of my body being showered with warm and bright energy, by a big watering can... I love it! I feel like a garden!
I send love your way, Namaste ☀️
That's a beautiful visual!
Did you garden again today, Johanna?
Love this! 💖🙏
@@williamb7275 Hey William, it's honestly so nice to hear from you!! The last 2 weeks I struggled to come to the mat regularly because of migraines, but this made me so happy :)) I found my way back today! ☀️ I hope you have a wonderful day!

Saying hi to anyone practicing in may 2023, i'm so grateful to be able to reach out to Adriene's videos and community for my daily moment of connection and self-care ! have a beautiful day everyone :)
June 2nd!!!

June 29th... ❤
July 15 ❤
July 29th 😊
My face when she said “two more just like that” after fighting for my life to get one: 😧😧😧
But for real this practice was so humbling for me and I feel so refreshed! Love you adriene!
same! i was shaking like i was on a boat at sea
Omg sameee
Right!? I'm like , say what now?
I hear ya! I said "Ohh noo!!!" Lololol but loved it nonetheless!
OMGosh, SAME
In the age of coronavirus and self-isolation, Adriene is an excellent choice for your yoga practice. This session, in particular, was wonderful. Thank you Adriene.
Yep. How about using the language of physical distancing instead of social isolation? A friend pointed out this to me today, language matters. Stay safe! x
Yes! With focus on breathing in with love, breathing out with love. Enough challenge to take the mind to perfecting the pose, as always with Adriene's guidance.
The title doesn't lie, although you will want to lie down in savasana at the end. I am so glad this was scheduled for a Sunday and not the work week. I found it tough at times, mostly the last 15 minutes, and mainly because my hips are tight again. Still, it was wonderful, as I fully engaged as best as I could, and went deeper into the poses than previously. Have a good day! 💜🙏
Cultivate day 8. 308 days in a row.
I have not been in the mood for longer sequences of late but stuck with this one and am really glad I did. So much improvement noticed since the last time I did this.
Blossom day 19. 503 days in a row.
I saw your comment from 6 months ago! What a journey :)
Glad to have spend some time on the matt together indeed William!
Hi 👋🏾 William! Did you do the session today for day 15 of Flow? Rarely, am I ever in the mood for long practices. It's so funny as I am an instructor myself. I have been on a sabbatical since the pandemic and I'm about to instruct again. My sessions will be 60 minutes. Lol! 🤣 Isn't it ironic?! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
it brings tear to my eyes when i think about how yoga saved my life and helped me come to terms with my life long battle with anxiety and depression, thank you Adriene
The challenge of this practice is always the warrior 3 for me (3 times each side!!) 😆 But I noticed today at least I didn't fall, even though I still have to work on my core strength to make the pose lasts longer. A little goes a long way, indeed!
Blossom day 19- 413 days in a row!
I was doing the warrior 3 off the mat this time. It felt easier than to do it on the mat.
Wow Astrid! You really have been getting the mat daily! Since the January 2021 offering? Bridge was it? 💜🙏🌹
4️⃣1️⃣3️⃣ Yay!🤸♀️
Blessed Astrid! It's sweet to meet a fellow Blossom 🌸 Yogi! This was an amazing practice. Keep pushing! Yeah, I stumbled a little too w/Warrior 3 especially on my right side due to a procedure 1 year ago. I'm looking forward to practicing with you tomorrow for day 20. Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋
@@williamb7275 Happy Saturday! I believe we spoke yesterday. It's nice to see another yogi on the Blossom 🌸 Journey twice in one week. I hope to see you tomorrow. Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋
@@hebbaskula9883 oooh i should try this next time!
Hello friend, this was a bit hard,i stopped at 25 mins, take breakfast and came back to complete the session and it was still hard. Its been 1 year of pratice and its still hard, today i realise there's still so much to be done.... the journey continues. Thank you for bringing out this consciousness of capability of my body.
I honestly let out a yell when you said that we were going to do 3 of the airplane arms in the warrior 3. It felt like a lot but I did it and am proud of myself. Surprisingly I ended the practice with some tears as a loss in my life came tumbling back to my mind. A time that felt magical and I was very happy. THIS is why I practice yoga . . . to re-"member" my body and mind, bringing it back together again as the tides flow. Thank you Adriene!
Hello lovely Blossom Friends,
Been a while since I comnected with you. I've had a trauma flare up the beginning of this week. I was totally out of my flow and have had a very difficult week. I decided to switch up the practice, not following the plan Adrienne set up for us. Which gave me a sense of failure and anxiety. Letting go, following your heart and body... I felt like I had nothing to hold on to, no ground beneath my feet. But! I realized, like Adrienne always says, you always have the breath, the yogamatt. I can always fall back on my breath... I feel content and proud of myself that I had the courage to follow my heart.
But boy am I happy to be joining all of you again! Have a lovely and peaceful day
I am glad we shared some of the same time on the mat today!
I explored yoga with Adrian in Februar 2020 and did lots of hours with you, sometimes more regular sometimes less. Last month I found out that my sister in law is doing yoga with you too, its even moor fun, to know that she is doing a lesson maybe at the same time, even she is in England and I am I Germany. Thank you for reminding in your lessons constantly not to clinch the shoulders and to relax the jaw! I feel stronger every day and I respect my body more and more every day!
I wobbled, I shook & I trembled but I did it. I lay in savasana at the end for longer than usual, appreciating all that my body had done for me in that practice.
NAMASTE to everyone practicing this wonderful deepen & flow yoga. When I woke up and saw that the video was 49 min. long I thought I wodn't be able to do it, but ignoring my negative thoughts I went to my yoga mat and I started the video. I am very happy I did it! When I started the video it had 1.952.965 views and now, 50 minutes later, it has 1.953.817!! (so close to 2 million views!) ;) Thanks Adriene and Benji!!! Saludos
Swapped day 7/8 August 2021 cultivate as I will be short on time tomorrow. 38 days in a row 🥰
I swapped today’s practice for Sunday’s Rose Yoga which I missed. It was quite a workout for this senior yogi, only just made it, must be mindful 🤔 looking forward to Day 12😊 see you then 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Permission to swap: granted 🧞♀️💞💌
Hey y'all, don't know if anyone will end up reading this but this is the second time I've done this practice now and in my 7 years of consistent yoga practice this is by far one of the most challenging I've ever done. Everyone should feel so proud of themselves for finishing this, even if you were falling and tripping over yourself during the warrior three sequence (which I was too believe me lol). That's the great thing about yoga is that it can be simultaneously empowering and humbling all at the same time. Doesn't matter how long you practice, there will always be a new challenge up ahead. You came, you showed up, and you did it. That's way more impressive than someone who is great but never pushes themselves to change to become even better. All those trips and falls are so much more meaningful than you realize, you are so much stronger than you realize, and you proved that to yourself today. Namaste everyone.
Wow, that got the heart pumping and breathing deeper! Trust, May 2021. Have a fabulous day everyone. Thank you Adriene 🙏
I admit I almost found a different practice this morning when I saw that today's video was nearly an hour! So glad I stuck with it, though there were a few tears of frustration I will admit with the final one-legged sequence. I kept chanting to myself, "This is where you are now. You are getting better and better." As I found myself comparing myself to a younger, stronger, pre-pandemic self. I *do* feel the difference from regular practice though, so I am going to keep at it. Shout out to the 1,481 people deepening and flowing with me this morning!
I saved this practice for a day I knew would have no obvious interruptions, as I have done it before and knew it was alittle challenging. Still challenged by warrior three, but my balance is better. The nutrients of my practice are nicely felt today and I feel 👍🏻
This one was the hardest in a pretty long time or I'm just so exhausted at the last day of my work week. But doing this warrior III thing perfectly, without falling is priceless feeling
Namaste!
Yesssss.
Feeling appreciative of yoga and in particular that YWA has been a life changer. And a life raft of late. Beginning my yoga journey three years ago was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Huge thanks to you Adriene and a massive big up from me. Have a beautiful day 😊 💕 💓 💕
This one is harder than most of hers!
Before I started I was wondering if I had time for this long practice today, but in the end of it I was so relaxed that I wanted to use more time in Savasana. Thank you Adriene. Have a Great Blossom weekend wherever you are 🙏❤️
I saw this was 49 minutes and I cringed - too long! But I kept feeling the pull to do it. I told myself I could stop early if I wanted to, but I didn't. And now that I finished it, I'm so blissed out! Commenting as a reminder to my future self to just do it, anyway, it's so worth it. Feeling grateful. Thank you!
Me : being sooooo damn proud of achieving the whole chair pose to Warrior 3 without falling down.
Adriene: Okay let's do 2 more like this.
Me too!
Girl same 😂
Me too!
Wonderful yoga session x
Tell me about it!
BLOSSOM | February 19, 2022 | 🌸 The one with the crazy chair to Warrior III sequence and where a boat sequence is the "cool down" 😂. On my third year of daily yoga and I still can't do the one-legged sequence as slowly as Adriene - or without losing my balance a few times - but it's become my personal challenge to get a little better each time I do it! I've come a long way. Thank you for the heat and the shaky legs. If Yoga was an olympic sport, Adriene, you'd get the gold medal! 🥇
Cecelia- same here. Definitely stronger than last year, but lightly touched the wall a couple times for balance. We're getting there!
I didn’t feel like practicing today… but I put on today’s practice and rolled out my mat and pressed play.. I guess that’s the discipline, momentum, and power of practicing yoga every single day!! Some days you don’t feel like it, but you know that if you stick with it and “just show up”, you will leave the mat feeling better, stronger, calmer, and so happy that you practiced💖
The first time I tried this video I didn't make it to the warrior 3s. Today I completed the entire sequence! Cultivating patience and grace!
I needed this tonight. I've been so depressed all of a sudden. Was frozen on my couch overwhelmed with emotion and couldn't do anything but sit there as tears streamed down my face. I finally made myself roll out my mat and do this video for the second time. It's made a huge difference in my night. Thank you Adriene for giving us the tools to love, challenge and pamper ourselves
I really hope you feel better and come back tomorrow, and then tomorrow, and the next tomorrow. Love.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I have completed this session numerous times. Day-15 of Flow is right on time for a warm-up for calisthenics, weight training , and running. 🏃🏿♀️ Warrior 3 was challenging I have to practice my balance poses more frequently. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤️🦋
I'm always reluctant to do a long practice. I don't know, I feel intimidated, I struggle to find the will power. But I saw this practice in the may 2022 calendar and prepared myself. "Tomorrow is a long practice, and it's ok". I did it and I felt so strong and focused, it was amazing
I couldn't finish it today, but I'm not going to feel bad about it. That is the intention I set everyday I come to the yoga mat: I may be young, and that makes me feel pressured, but some days you can, some other you don't, and there's nothing wrong about it. And I learnt that from you, Adrienne. Thank you, and all the beautiful people in this place. Have a really nice day.
I did this practice facing the window while the snow was falling. It was nice to have that ease to go along with this strength.
Rather than skipping and switching practices, assuming I can't do a certain sequence, this month I've trying something new: following Adriene's (wise) daily proposal and doing my best. Even if they're long and challenging, even if I have to pause, adapt and adjust, I simply listen to my body, accept what is and breathe through it. And trust.
Blossom Day 19 🌸
This took so many breaks to finish- almost 1hr 15 mins. But I'm in awe of my progress, can't believe I actually did the last part (Warrior 3! 🥺)
Need to go look at instructions for some foundational poses though, I end up crunching my neck and back often + experienced pain while doing the runner's stretch today
Let's keep blossoming friends, see you tomorrow 💚
Thanks for the revisit as the warrior 3 poses wow set up the true self
stay true to practice / experience enjoy the BLOOM
Namaste to all practising and May all find deepening of self within the flow
It's only after realizing again that I was part of this ''Trust" May session and after achieving this whole practice that I could see how much I've been trusting you throughout this. At the very beginning of my yoga practice I would have stopped the video at that chair pose moment and would've thought that I was totally enable to do it. But now, today, I didn't even ask myself if I could do it. I just trusted you, and achieved it without any doubts. Thank you Adriene.
Getting into the August practice. This one is definitely tricky. Warrior three from chair pose! 🤨
Crikey I shouldn't have read a few comments during the intro lol
ive been addicted on drugs and alcohol for 15 years clean now... gym in the morning and then on to the day.. AND ONE OF THESE 60 MINUTES EVERY DAY...big love adriene thank you for sharing! YOGA is also gangstar :D
Adriene you are the best, there is no one else like you! Because of you and your videos that I started following 3 years ago, I am about to start my yoga teacher training! YOU ROCK
Yes, I swapped this full class for Core Strength Ritual, an old favourite, quite a challenge for this senior yogi, but powerful, back strengthening and only 22 mins 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Blossom 2022, my intention today was to be my own champion. I'm so used to avoiding these longer sessions like the plague, but I've been taking them head-on because I'm worth it. I'm worth the challenge.
I've been coming to the mat irregularly for the last couple of weeks after a long hiatus and today I decided to try this flow. I couldn't finish it properly, and became flustered and frustrated because by the warrior 3s my legs had given out. I actually wanted to cry. I appreciate these videos because they make me understand where I'm really at, and how I really feel. I've also made peace with the fact that I have to work constantly to regain my strength. There will be days of improvement and days of setbacks, but the important thing is to keep getting on the mat, no matter what. Thank you Adriene for these videos. This practice, with the breath, with ease, without competing or showing off, is really a godsend. Namaste, everyone, have a great week! Cheers!
I look forward every day to starting my day with you and everyone! This was an awesome practice! I wish you could see my Sara, 14 yr old rat terrier rescue (have had her since puppy), she is like my Benji, ...sometimes just lays and watches, sometimes licks my face while in a position. Also, kitten rescue, "Sam", lays on desk looking out open window, listening to birds during the practice, I love having a pine or sage candle going as well...This adds to my mind body spirit strengthening, and then I go outside, no matter what the weather, to get my Vitamin N, (Nature), and I thank God for all the life and beings in my life and my Mom and my 7 (now grown) children :) Love to You and thank you for your teaching
Whew! I found that to be intense, but I did it. Right leg shaking in warrior 3, but mostly made it. I swapped the Tues and Sat. schedules this week to complete this one when I had enough time on the weekend. Thanks Adriene! Happy weekend to all the May 2021 Trust group and the rest of the community out there.
How does this Queeeeennn talk so effortlessly in these poses? always amazed. always humbled by my yoga practice with her -- pushing me into appreciation of me versus me.
Thank you Adriene, as always.
I found these hardest till now like I was feeling Lil sick too since morning but I showed up ..I m late but I m trying my best
Thank u aderine ❤ Namaste 🙏
Loveee from india 🇮🇳♥
Blessed Beloved Blossom 🌸 Yogis! Day 19 was so sweet. Usually, I frown upon longer practices (go figure and I'm a yoga 🧘🏾♀️ instructor), yet I am appeased in conclusion because I feel so great. It teaches me to be in the present moment. My blood is circulating smoothly thanks to this session. I'm looking forward to day 20. Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋
I'm an active 76 yr/ old and going from Eagle to Warrior 3 times [even one time was a bit of a challenge] then two more on each side, was a 'what the heck' moment. But love Adrienne and her generosity in leading us through yoga daily or weekly, it's all good!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge ... hope your mom keeps getting better every day ..
So pleased with myself for doing this. A sweaty start to a Saturday! It really highlights the difference in strength between my legs though. Right leg warrior 3 no problem. But left leg? Forget about it.Recently while getting my bike position fixed, a brilliant sports therapist spotted and fixed a misalignment in my left sacroiliac joint - it seems I have been leading with my right leg for years, creating weakness in the left. Now I'm all aligned how would my fellow yogis recommend I strengthen my left leg again?
Had exactly the same experience. I wonder how that happens.
I have a similar problem in my hip, that I've finally managed to start correcting with yin yoga. Some days balancing poses can be quite funny, as I involuntarily start doing dips with my right leg when balancing on that leg (like today) 🤣
I've found that Warriors and High Lunges helps with the general strength, making sure to engage all the muscles of the leg, and balancing poses for stability. Takes time, though, in particular if it's been a longstanding problem. Some days it's fine, other days not so much. For me it depends on the general energy level in the muscles. Also stretching would be good, as some muscles might have become a bit tight over time, contributing to the problem in the hip.
Cultivate 2021, I loved this challenge! I'm a little off balance today, but it was still really nice to try and take time for myself :) Thanks Adriene! Namaste 🙏
I was dreading 48 min.thinking of other options, but then let’s go for it. I could always stop, but made it through without much fuss, except for balancing.
A class I was dreading due to length and having the Sunday scaries, but it was a wonderful sweat. I really struggle with the poses that require you to clasp the hands behind the back so I can sometimes feel defeated, but I just make the pose my own after trying for a few seconds. Hopefully one day those poses won't frustrate me so much. Have a great week everyone!
Trust Day 11: This session was challenging for me. I got wobbly when standing on 1 leg, making the figure 4 then standing in warrior 3. I had pain in my left foot when standing on that foot for that series of poses. It was easier for me on the right leg than the left, but both sides were challenging.
Right? I had a pain in the arch of the foot as well. My whole body was ready to go but my foot was like Nope! I am done.
Some self massage might be in order..
Hey Adriene! I just want to thank you SO SO SO much for you and your yoga videos. I have anxiety and on my way out of a clinical depression and your yoga, optimism and love has given me the last push into being alright and being mindful. So thanks again. Lots of love from Denmark, Ida
ditto
Day 87 of the current run - oh man, that was a way to wake up in the morning. My right leg is just staggeringly better at keeping balance than my left, it's amazing.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I confused Day-21 with Day-15 6 days ago and missed the moon 🌙 practice which I've done before and love. Perhaps, I'll double up tomorrow. Today I did " Yoga for Self-Care b/c I returned to the mat so late at midnight, so that practice represents a sub for Saturday Day-21 of Flow. Anyway, I don't know why I'm explaining all of this. I had some natural herbal coffee ☕️ which is supposed to be caffeine free, yet I don't 🤔 know. I experienced an internal massage with the Self-Care practice. Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
Day 365 for me! Thank you Adriene (and Benji of course) for this amazing journey. I'm struggling with trauma and depression but thanks to you I'm learning to be proud of myself and my body. I can feel and see my progression every day!
Namaste (from France).
Day 26 of BLOOM 5-26-23. Today officially marks one year since I started YWA!!! I can say with absolute certainty that ever since the beginning of this ongoing journey, I am in a much better place mentally than I was a year ago. What a perfect video to celebrate :)
Used to be a 3-4X/week yoga practicer. It’s been years since I’ve done that and this was the first time getting through a longer class in upwards of a year. Thanks Adrienne!
It sure is a fierce pose alright, warrior three, man, that sure did get me, I just kept falling over more so when supported by my right leg, I always hopped on my left leg, so it seems stronger. I kept going regaining the pose and persevered to the end, must say it wasn't perfect. It was a great practice, very wholesome or should I say meaty in terms of full body experience. Thank you Adriene, you never disappoint, just full of surprises. I love the gentle way you draw us into yourself and follow you, your devoted yogis. Much Love❤️God Bless🧘🏽♂️Namaste
Today was a hard day. Taking breaths felt so strange and difficult. Reminder that those days are normal too. All my love to us that struggle right now. Healing is coming 🙏
Here late on Flow Day 20/05/2022😊🧘🏾♀️✅
🍀🌷🌷🍀🧘🏾♀️ I so needed this tonight having had a hectic day shift...just got in @10: 30pm...just had to grab the last energy left to get on to the mat and I'm glad I did....soooo worth it very relaxing, calming and deeply stretched here😌🙏🏾...Massive thanx for today's Deep Flow Adrienne 🧘🏾♀️😌💝🌹💐🤗 and Fellow Flow friends...blessed night rest all
Namaste🙏🏾♥️♥️
I’m practicing today in my living room where I have a sound system with a subwoofer. About halfway through, I realized the faint rhythmic thumping I was hearing in the sub was Adriene’s heartbeat. 💙It was really sweet. 😊
Here for Blossom 🌸 day 19. How have I misssed this practice in the past?!! Absolutely loved it 💗
I found this tough but listened to my body and did what I could; pushing myself a little but giving myself a break and letting myself rest when needed and skip bits that I felt were just too much. Losing my balance means my core isn't up to it yet. But that's ok. Tomorrow is another day and another practice.
May 21, 2022 05:16
Intention : flow to move with the breath
Awesome practice again with all the juices flowing and the ease that I experienced when remembering to move with my breath is truly a great way to start my day.
Thank you Adriene
See you tomorrow beautiful souls
Namaste 🙏🏼
I surprised myself with this one and held my balance for quite awhile! Namaste 🙏
🔥Cultivate Day 8🥵
Really felt like I was dying with that cross legged into Warrior 3, but I stuck with it and did so much better than I expected to do! I really surprised myself today! Namaste🙏❤️💫
I have been doing yoga (with adriene) daily for 6 months and this is the first video i’m commenting on. I feel as if my daily practice has made my body and mind so much stronger. I was able to do this entire video without stopping and I feel so incredible after. Yoga has changed my life !! This class was so good and I am SWEATY
Adriene, I love your videos so much! I started off with your 30-day yoga series, and now have been going through your longer videos to really get some good exercise in. I've been doing it consistently now for almost 2 months and I feel amazing!! Usually about 45-60 minutes a day. Thank you!!!!
I've been watching Yoga with Adriene videos almost daily for 3 years now, and now twice daily as of recent. I started doing these videos 6 years ago.
Today my mother passed away at 5.35am this morning. This video was the last Yoga with Adriene I watched whilst she was still alive. I did it in the evening the night before. I did the practice in the living room with her so I didn't leave her side.
Thank you Adriene for such a grounding practice, it has helped a lot 💜
This session was hard for me but I did my best and managed to finish it all ....the floor was there to catch few time though 🥰
Wow! Broke a sweat, fell 3times, got a headache, breathed through it , kept going. Rest!🙏 Quite energized now! Amazing!
This year I have done a 30 day yoga journey with you and many of your shorter classes. This one made me realize how far Ive come! In january I would never been able to do warrior 3. Wow! This class made me feel amazing! Thank you for sling this for us Adriene! And your FWFG team of course! 🙏❤️
Hi Adrienne! I don't know if you will ever see this, but I wanted to say thank you not only for all of you videos, but for your spirit as well. Being a part of the Yoga with Adrienne fam allowed me to really get into my yoga practice and to be able to practice anytime, anywhere. I recently got my 200 hr. YTT certification and am starting down a new career journey through teaching. It's something I am so excited for and am so thankful for your videos and inspiration which allowed me to be open to this journey!
Cultivate 2021 / Wow!! This was intense 💪💪
Awesome for Core, Strength and Balance!!!
Done in these days:
-19th February 2022: ✅
My legs gave up during the Warrior 3 sequence, so only did 2 on each side instead of 3.... Looking forwad to go back to this practice again in the future to see whether I have improved or not!
Same here, only did one on each side - trying to be kind to myself and not getting frustrated. Was a tough one, but we did it!!
Good idea. I tried three and became very frustrated. Will try one or maybe two next time. And she said let’s play at this part. Right.
After 2 days of intense yard work I knew my body needed some deep stretches and this class was PERFECT. THANK YOU Adriene for all your superb yoga classes. You have certainly helped my body in many ways during this pandemic. Feeling very grateful.
At this time of corona virus, Adriene is a life saver (more than usual anyway 😀).
I am always happy after doing the practice even if I was like so many here, not really excited about the length, but truly enjoyed the benefits of enduring, have a lovely day☮️
Wow, again re-reading my post from 2 months ago. Yes set my intention (now! present moment) and be present to find what serves me - yes again. Thank you for this flow and wow, the standing pose killer! but staying true to present and just focus on what / how I do - appreciate the reminders of this as part of cultivate (right?!! :) ) Leo / August week (and my birthday month) M grateful N thankful for all. Namaste to all practising. It is our National Day (Singapore) weekend. shame that we postpone our celebration (due to heightened alert!) but still national spirits are high. PS Thank you Adriene and YWA. Look forward to 14/15 Live session! yay!
I felt rinsed on the inside. Something felt really right about this practice today. Thank you Adriene!🙏😘
Another Sunday treat from a phenomenal teacher , thank you Adriene
This practice had a wonderful blend of challenge and coast. I am very refreshed. I have a new pain between my shoulder blades today and this practice helped it a bit. Thank you Adriene!
Wowza!! My shins were burning in warrior 3 until I was really mindful to ground down in the back of my heel.. I was still shaking like a leaf 🍃, but I felt so alive! 🙏🏼
I've fallen inlove with yoga over the past months and the low bar for coming to class, however long they are, has kept me coming back every day. Adriene has helped me so much when I've been down, felt lonely and depressed and I remember one time specifically when I was sobbing at the beginning of a class but I knew that yoga would be that warm hug that I needed and it felt so much better afterwards. Thank you Adriene, you're doing awesome work.
Day 131 of yoga. That is un-freaking-believable, yet here I am about to jump in. Thank you Adriene! 💐🌟♥️
Also comments-wise, I am afraid and exited for this one...
Edit: this was AWESOME!
I am also excited for this one after reading some comments! I always get a little nervous when I see longer video times but I am going to trust the process. Congrats on 131 days of yoga! 💜💜
@@kasehill1310 thank you! 💕
Thank you for always being here. I tested positive to covid a few days ago and between resting and YWA I hope to breeze through.
Amazing! Love the challenges to deepen in this practice ❤ 🧘♀️ and boy it got the prana flowing and it felt amazing 🤩 namaste to everyone 🙏
It’s been 3yrs since I had done any regular practice. Started with the 30 day yoga back in March at the beginning of my “stay at home” began. And have been doing every morning searching only for “Yoga w Adrienne” This has been the BEST way to start my day. THANK YOU ADRIENNE!!! ❤️❤️❤️ 🙏🏼4✌🏼❤️💪🏼🇺🇸&the end of covid19 ......but will continue yoga w Adrienne 4ever ❤️
You light me on fire….my muscles that is! Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing this. Before I do this practice I have in my lower abdomen because I have my period. But after doing this i feel better I'm not ashamed of sharing my experience here. Because maybe some other may help also. God bless you Adrian for willingness to share and to be with us.
It is raining terribly today. I cancel joga class , but luckily I have you. I feel great after deepen and flow. Thank u Adriene!
This practise has showed me that exercising can be something I can do to feel good. I had always thought of it as a thing I have to do to not feel guilty for not being fit, rather than a way to spend time having fun. Thank you Adriene for giving me joy today!
Another full class near the end of Courage, I really felt the heat with this one, heart rate up. As a senior yogi the last two postures were difficult for me. One arm downward dog and one leg flying tested my edge so I tried, I rested and did my thing like a little chair pose with side twists and yoga for feet. It was all good 😊 see you tomorrow on the mat. I like the sound of that 😉 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💞🙏
Hola Gill. Wonderful description 😊, stay safe and enjoy. 🧘🏼♀️🇨🇷
