This practice begins building heat with a yoga warm up and then goes through standing poses to strengthen, stretch and tone the legs, and exercise the core. The class ends with abdominal exercises, backbends, and hip openers and twists to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Oh Yes! New moves and warrior 3, the one i preffer! It wasn’t too much challenging and very interesting.

I loved the pace. Very chill, but challenging. I love 40min classes, but it's nice to have a good selection of 20min videos for those times when that's all I can manage (which is pretty often).

I love your videos! They are so fun. You are so chill and nonthreatening. Lots of interesting poses to try along with enough old ones that I feel comfortable with. Lots of options for all levels. Well done! This was a nice length but I enjoy them all.

love this practice. haven't done yoga in a long time but happy to be moderately challenged here. really laughed out loud when you grunt to do those ab moves, keep it up!

I would also love to see a "wrist free" class that is challenging. I have De Quervain's and cannot put any weight on my wrist right now. Nothing out there even compares to your classes!

Good question! Without chaturangas and planks, it seems difficult to make it a challenge. No arm balancing either. It would have to be mostly lower body I suppose....
my5geese i have a great one for you! In the movement workout series playlist there’s a video 1 2 or 3 or something for lower body. It’s all leg stuff. Check that one out!

Tim my favorite yoga practices are about 20 minutes. Mostly because if it's 20 minutes, I'll actually practice daily. Some days I have more time and I'll jump into longer practices. Also, I'm a writer and I sit way too much. I'd love a practice I can do in the middle of the day when I need to step away from my computer and stretch. Thank you!

Felt great from beginning to end. Loved how it included balancing and inversions. The backbend with props felt great too. Quality yoga class with a short savasana at the end.

I like this video as I make my way back into a regular, slightly higher level yoga practice. 40-45 mins is also a really time-friendly length. Merry Christmas (or whatever you celebrate!) Tim!

Thanks for the video Tim. It's always very nice to practice with your instructions. Twisted triangle and twisted half moon remain very difficults poses for me. It was nice to practice headstand and the back bends always make me feel really good, opened and my back always feels better after them. Thanks!

Really loved this one! 40-60 mins sessions are my favorites, but I also enjoy the short ones for when I don't have lots of time.
Great practice as always Tim. I like a combination of lengths, 20, 25, 30 are those that I would most likely to. Also love morning and nighttime yoga. For the former I need quite a lot of soft activity to warm up the hamstrings before forward folds. Really enjoyed the headstand today but needed a bit longer to get up and down slowly by unfolding. Thank you. Namaste 🙏

Great practice. Challenging enough to keep it interesting! It should revealed the difference between my right side and left side when it comes to balancing, transitioning from the cross-legged chair pose to warrior 3 ... and those twisted triangles and the then with the leg straight back are the new challenge... again, ok on the right leg but not so hot with left! Practice practice practice
