I built a home gym so that I don’t have to deal with people anymore. Also, Jack please read this, I posted it on your previous video too. People need to know what’s really going on:
I was a police officer for almost 7 years. I was indicted by a woke FBI, Soros funded DA with ties to VP Kamala, and corrupt police administration who's in bed with the DA. I was indicted over text messages and a justified less lethal use of force against a non-compliant stolen car suspect, and that I conspired to possess steroids (which were legal peptides in reality). The news will tell you I'm a racist steroid kingpin who violated a gay black trans woman's rights who was only committing a property crime. The reality of why I was indicted was because I spoke up against a corrupt police lieutenant who was using police information systems to stalk women, the irony is he was rehired as a cop and I'm fighting for my freedom. I also spoke out against the corrupt local FBI office and the corrupt DA. I'm still fighting this nonsense in court, my point, corruption as trickled down to the lowest level. Prepare and don't believe anything politicians, appointed bureaucrats, and their propaganda machine says. Think for yourself and read between the lines my brothers and sisters. Thanks for the stellar content bro, keep up the good fight brother. If y'all don't believe me I have no problem sending proof. This has turned my life upside down but it's also opened my eyes. Now I have to fight but God is with me, with us in this fight for freedom.

Me and a friend took our kids to one of those kids game places over the weekend, the Amazing Pizza Machine, and everywhere I looked it was grown men hunched over staring and scrolling at their phones. That's all I ever see, everywhere I go. Men completely distracted and clueless about everything going on around them, just staring at their phones. Addicted.

With this new movement there are people feeling more frendzy in all the wrong places. Last week I was listening to a story by these two parents of the account of their autistic daughter. The school had emailed a message home calling the daughter by a different name and their first thought was they have the wrong email so they replied and left a message regarding the possible wrong student but got no response. The mother and father thought it was awkward the school wouldn't reply and began to get suspicious. They went through their daughters backpack and found a book about a gay boy dealing with his identity. From there they found out that the school counselor had been grooming their daughter to believe she wanted to be a boy and gave their daughter the book from his private collection. The school counselor was grooming a female to believe she was a gay boy and the name she had been going by at school was what they accidentally wrote on the email. I don't even believe our government is playing the devil in everybody's household and in the schools. Our president sent out rainbow placards telling the teachers in all the schools to wear them so students knew they could talk to them and they didn't have to worry about them telling their parents. Anyway, this is why men are hanging around in the locker room, they're looking for a hot time.

I hate having to go there with my sons. I already had to tell one to put his pants or something on because there was a young boy walking in. After his workout the guy stand around naked and when he finally puts clothes on, he puts on his Tshirt first. Then stands at the air dryer then after walking around finally puts on the rest.

Build a home gym! If you have the money and the space, just create a home gym in your basement or garage. Bars and plates, loadable or fixed weight dumbbells, a power rack and benches, a cable set up if you can afford it. The place can be all yours to use whenever you want, all at your own pace, with no waiting for equipment. You can invite in friends and people you trust to not create drama. If you buy quality equipment and take care of it, it will hold it’s value. There’s no downside.

The key with that kind of workout is to stay relaxed. There is a lot of tension as you pull back the weight of the bow, so you hold at complete extension and relax your whole body, focusing on the target, then release then relax a second time.😊

I was one of them, It's common for individuals to spend more time in the locker room than working out due to mental health challenges. Three possible reasons could be:
    1. **Lack of Motivation:** Mental health issues can lead to a lack of motivation, making it challenging to engage in physical activities. The locker room may offer a temporary escape from the demands of exercising.
    2. **Social Anxiety:** Mental health struggles, such as anxiety or depression, might contribute to social discomfort. Spending time in the locker room may provide a sense of solitude or relief from potential social interactions associated with working out.
    3. **Coping Mechanism:** The locker room might serve as a safe space for coping with overwhelming emotions. Individuals may find solace or distraction in this environment, temporarily alleviating the stressors they face during exercise.

@@faithismespeaks6848 I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share a personal experience in the hope that it may contribute to a broader understanding of mental health challenges.
Recognizing the need for professional mental health support is a unique and often gradual process. In my case, it required significant life events, including encounters with law enforcement and multiple hospitalizations, before acknowledging the necessity for assistance.
Understanding that each individual's journey is distinct, I believe there is value in destigmatizing mental health struggles. By sharing our experiences, we contribute to a more open dialogue surrounding mental well-being.

I used to work at a high end gym in 2008 to 2010. A lot of the older men treated it more like a lounge. And would hang out and socialize. Of course it wasn’t all the older (60’s, 70’s year olds) guy doing this. And I can think of a single time I saw anyone in their 20s or 30s do that. But now, I see it all the time. I like you show up work out maybe shower, though these days it feels a bit to “cruise-y”, like people are trying to pick you up. It’s really weird….

Probably more than one thing contributing to the issue of extra congestion in locker rooms... but could in be, at least in part, due to the steadily rising number of people becoming homeless, even those with full time jobs, living in vehicles, and dependent upon using gyms and truck stops as their bathrooms and kitchens?

I used to be a gym rat when I was a swimsuit competitor in the heyday years ago. Until then I met with a trainer who strictly trains outdoor boot camp. Needless to say, the gym floor was ancient history 😂 Nothing like working out outdoors surrounded by nature. And without phones. More focused and enjoy fresh air outside. It changes the whole perspective and saves you a ton of money to pay gym membership. God provides and that is nature. Use it to your advantage. Another thing worth mentioning, I dated a guy who works at health club as a lifeguard. He told me some crazy stories going on in those locker rooms shenanigans! He literally had to revoke one guy’s gym club membership for trying to feel him up in the locker room. The member was permanently banned! I’d stick to outdoors Jack if I were you. It changes things and stick to old school. Nowadays things are evolving very quickly in ways that aren’t normal. When you see something doesn’t look right, that’s God’s way of telling you to go elsewhere. Stay Frosty sir!

They just open a new gym up the road from me, only 2 minutes away that's open 24 hours, and I've noticed that in the early morning hours, there are some, but very few cars in their parking lot, and I'm the same way about having people around me casually getting in my personal space like you described, and I worry that my self-control might fail me and I'll pop one of those inconsiderate rude guys. So a mostly empty gym sounds like a good alternative to a gym with wall-to-wall people who seem more interested in posing and prancing around than actually working out, even if it takes going in the middle of the night.
