I have had a maxpedition jumbo versapack for 5 years....I must have the mobius 2.0 due to the ambidextrous setup, storm shield and ccw setup. love it! I don't go anywhere without my Gopro and gimbal and this might be the man bag to rule them all for me.

How does one get a Gideonstactical patch?
Vanquest does a poor job at keeping their items in stock, frequently out of the color I want. I've recently gone with Hazard 4's grayman bags and so far impressed. They look better and are durable. And more reasonably priced.
Dumping the bag😂😂😂...make sure the gun is Never ever in any bag. Because you never have a gun. P.s: Sales guys love to tell people to have a gun in bags, for more sales. Do not do it!!!
I am a fan of Maxpedition and I have 2 Jumbo versipanck, really similar to vanquish,I would say. I would like the opportunity to compare the two personally ;). On a personal note, congratulations for the expectancy to the wife!

Tolcat is history at this time. No where to be found. I guess they stopped production.
Had a hard time deciding between the tolcat and the mobius but ended up getting the mobius, mostly due to your review!
Finally got to save for mine. Not cheap where I'm from. Replaced my 5.11 Push Pack. This review did it for me. I don't like your channel anymore, it's making me go broke. JUST KIDDING! Great vids. Keep em coming.
do you have any problems with weight distribution? what I mean is, it on the right side of your back, so does it make you feel like your falling right? creating problems when hiking and when climbing and other skills are performed.
It wants to naturally hag at 4 o'clock or 8 o'clock depending on the should. No odds weight problems like some other bags I have tried.
Have to agree with Michael Reed's comments below. Fantastic kit but very poor response from the company itself. Time to find another supplier.

I believe he is a minister, which explains both. He needs his bible to minister. However, as a minister he does go into the highways and byways. The side arm is for protection, because like I said he goes into the highways and byways. Many preachers carry both, the spiritual weapon and physical weapon. I don't know him personally, I believe he mentions it in another vid.
I have a tolcat i use daily but find i need a little bigger bag, so i will sell the tolcat and pick up the mobius, i just cant use them both, but they are very good well thought out bags, ad very comfy to load and carry...
I have both bags, the möbius I use everyday and is just about perfect for my Edc. I use the tolcat mainly as a dad bag :) I would like to them add the top pocket to the tolcat.
Fav bag for 2019? Chest or hip/sling (large,about this size)

Totally agree with! I like companies that think that way. The 500D it the way to go, you can tell a difference.
always a great video,i have the Tolcat 2.0 and absolutely love it, let me say i have no trouble putting a water bottle with a 3 inch diam bottom in the side pockets so that is not a problem and with the shockcord attachment it is firmly held in place... you cannot buy better bags then these 2 vanquest bags..imho, i also like the face the strap on the tolcat does not slip around the shoulder as i carry it on my right shoulder...i had to call Vanquest the other day about a slight problem on another purchase,let me say they took care of it immediatly..I forgot to add you can make that 3 way clasp on the main strap of these bags by trimming the center post slightly that way one can take the bag off with one hand as in other bags..
Those bags are nice but I carry my EDC Bag literally everywhere I go and I can't see that happening with those. I have tried a similar one but it was way too big for real EDC use.

The rift is great, the tolcat is also. For around town Edc it depends. If you use an iPad or tablet and several books with you everyday, the. The Rift. If it is more small Edc items, the tolcat has better organization for small items.

I lve the Vanquest bags. I have been looking for a good shoulder bag. Because I'm in a wheelchair I have to wear the pack in front.
These both feel great in the front as well.
Nice bags, I currently have the Maxpedition Colossus and I would probably prefer the Mobius now LOL. Just because it has the water bottle pouch. Had to buy the water pouch for my bag which just added more to the price :( Oh well... maybe I will one day switch over :)

Thanks for the great review that helped me decide on the Mobius 2.0. I've been using the Mobius in gray for at least 6 months now as an EDC/lunch bag. I totally love it and it's just the right size for me. I found out that two 16oz water bottles fit perfectly inside the side zippered pouches without taking up any room in the main compartment. It's extremely comfortable with a full load and there's plenty of room for my lunch, EDC tools, first aid kit, power pack, cords, etc. My iPhone 7 in an OtterBox Defender case and my wallet fit perfectly in the top zippered pocket too. It's very well made and still looks like new. I completely recommend it.
If u use the MOBIUS for a linch bag u must consume a great deal of food///LOL

How would you compare these to the Mountainsmith Tour Lumber Pack: Multi-Tool of the Pack World?
I like these better for around town, but the Tour is much better in the mountains on a hike.

Amazing bags. Love the Mobius. I agree on the 1000D and 500D comparison. 500D would be enough. ☺
You are beginning to see that with a lot of companies.
I loved my tolcat and my Mobius. BUT my mobius stitching completely frayed on the strap cinching down the center of the pack. It gets no real wear and tear so i don't understand why it would fall apart other than low quality control. MOST of the bag is fantastic so I am unsure what is up. I was ignored when I sent my email and photos. I thought Vanquest customer service was better than that. I also thought the quality control was better. The Mobius 2.0 would be on my to buy list but with the frayed strap AND being ignored with my emails, I will have to look elsewhere for my new photography gear. I guess I will have to go back to Maxpedition. At least they don't ignore emails.
Ironically, I Really need a photo bag and the Mobius 2.0 would be just the right size but I will Not buy from a company that ignores emails. Even a response of "sorry, nothing we can do but we will keep an eye out for a pattern of problems like this" would have been sufficient but ignored?
Nope. Not good.
Time to find a new gear bag company. :(

Ambidextrous is fantastic, especially on long hikes so you can change sides to ease fatigue. Great review. I also would like to see a comparison review of of these bags with the Maxpedition bags.

Wow awesome pack and not bad prices and very informative video but bitter sweet - while its designed in America and uses American products its still not "made in America" and that is a big issue for me. i would pay more to have it made here. Sad now

Isn't it amazing how radical Christians can always manage to bring everything back to telling others about their faith. This is a review (and a really good one at that) of a BAG. That's it. It's a great bag. But that's not enough for the reviewer... no, he chooses to tell us twice that he is carrying Christian books (alongside his firearm and spare mags). If you want to make a video that professes your faith, then great - that's your right. But please, if you're going to post a review on mil-spec gear - do you really need to tell us about your faith? Fantastic and comprehensive video otherwise.
Good day. I'm planning to buy a new bag for my EDC, my options are 5.11 MOAB 6 and Mobius VPacker 2.0. Based on your experience which one is better? I already watched your review for MOAB 6 and I want to know which one do you prefer the most. Thank you in advance.
The water bottle pockets just about negate the usefulness of the zipper pockets when carrying a 32 oz. bottle...and bro...tone down the hand gestures a lot!! They take away from whay you're saying and you're a good speaker infront of the camera!! Great review though!!
They realy dont take away room, as the vanquest side pockets are gusseted and protrude out instead of toward the inner main pocket...thus no loss in room on the large pocket
I have to agree with Zulu, the main compartment is reduced significantly when you place a water 32 oz bottle in there and the side pocket is greatly limited also. I like the pouch but you might as well have true bottle holders unzip instead of having the system it has. Once you start filling this bag with contents like your lunch and a bottle of basic first aid supplies it becomes to crowded to fit any other items. it needs to have a deeper main pouch and a larger upper lined pouch to fit say iPhone 6S or other newer larger devices. I want to like this bag I really do but for the price and space provided it is not worth it.
Im not a religious person but the combination of a glock and a book about Jesus seems strange. :)
