I started with you about this time a year ago. Pretty consistent, 70 years old. Recently fell on the ice and landed on left hip. Had X-ray and nothing broke. Pretty big hematoma that has now mostly dissipated. The muscle tone gained through these exercises saved me from serious injury and has sped up the recovery I am absolutely sure. Thank you our aerobics Angel Jules.

I love your comment, especially the description of Jules as our Aerobics Angel. I am 67, and in much, much better shape after 2 and a half years of working out with Jules. Because of the strength training, my quilting guild asked me to help with moving sewing supplies every month for Community Service day, so exercise is basically the gift that keeps on giving! So glad that you didn't break anything when you fell.
I’ve been exercising with you since covid Jules! At least 5 days a week and at 73 I too had a fall but no damage done and I think as your other supporter says it’s all with your help! Onwards and upwards I say! 🏃♀️

Hi Jules, I have enjoyed your workouts since Feb or Match last year and you have encouraged me to stick with it every day. From seated exercises I am now doing 30 mins intermediate every day and really enjoying it. Every time I step outside I can feel how much stronger I have become and I want to continue for as long as I can ( I am 77 this May) You make a real difference to peoples lives and I cannot find enough words to thank you. I started exercising in July of this year and searched high and low for a channel that pushed me but was also fun and do-able. I landed on yours. I love everything about your videos--from the music to the timer to your letting the exercises speak for you to the variety of challenging (but not ridiculously hard) exercises. I have adapted your exercises to a trampoline. I actually look forward to exercising with you every morning. I love your Abba and 70s videos. More 60s would be nice! I feel like I'm in better shape and healthier now than I've been in years (also giving me incentive to keep on track with a health program I've been doing). I just turned 65, and look forward to dancing with you for years to come.

Jules, I want to thank you. We live on an acre property that has sidewalks from the house to the road, around the house, and across the property to the garage. Needless to say when it snows there is much shoveling to be done. We just had about 10" of snow and our tractor broke the day before. Lots of shoveling! And I did it without a struggle! And I wasn't sore the next day! Thank you for your dedication to helping those of us of a mature age (I'll be 59 in June) keep moving with ease. I am grateful. I've been exercising with you for about a year.
Oh, I love reading about the progress you’ve made in the past year! To not be sore from shovelling definitely says you’ve conditioned your body to be able to handle a lot of work (shovelling is tough!). It’s great that you recognize the progress you’ve made.💪

6 miles is fantastic, Charlotte! The addition of arm movements in these videos, along with some strength training will provide some needed strength in addition to the walking you already do. I'm 75 and except for the "fast pace" intervals when I just kept steppping, I kept up with you for the whole time thanks to the Jane Fonda workouts I used to do in my 30s through 50s. I have impaired vision so because you're wearing a blue shirt in front of a blue blackground you're invisible to me except for your black leggings unless I get 6" frtom the screen. 😁 II haven't exercised in a long time, but I do ride my bike 10 months of the year for 30 to 50 miles a week. It's 12°F outside so this is just what I need!

I started doing Improved Health Videos about 8 months ago. I'll be 66 in February. My stamina, endurance, and balance are noticeably better! I do at least 3 a week of varying lengths. This after the holiday workout is one I'll come back too. Thank you!!

Thank you! You can definitely mix it up and do 2 15-20 minute ones, or a longer 30-40 minute one. Both are beneficial:) Just do what works with your schedule and energy level each day.

I have been working out with you almost everyday for for the last six months. I have lost 14 lbs.It makes my knee pretty sore but I'm not giving up, I have always worked out but not real consistent. Thank you

Thank you for this work out and your motivation. I appreciate that you mentioned to focus on non scale victories. That is what I have been focusing on the last two months instead of quitting since I haven’t been losing. I am exercising every day to your videos and stretching. I can now do all the fast intervals without stopping. My next goal is to do your 10,000 step workout. I have gotten up to 5,000. I need to stretch even more because I am feeling sore in my hamstrings and IT band. I even got up early on Christmas and got my workout in before everyone woke up. I have seen that it is helping my mental health. Next goal is to start seeing some weight loss.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Michelle. The scale definitely doesn't show everything. The fact that you feel better physically, and that you're noticing a difference in your mental health are great reasons to continue. The scale will start to move, but it happens at a different rate for everyone. Just keep moving and focusing on the NSV's and the rest will follow. One thing to add if you're not doing in order to see more progress, is strength training. It really makes a difference with speeding up the metabolism. I have strength training calendars on my website which you can follow if you need some ideas.

Finally got around to doing this and it was tough! Ive not worked out for a while due to injury and seasonal ailments( cold and flu running rampant here). Loved the intervals but I need to remind myself that intervals = sports bra! I will be 60 in 2025 and I am determined to head into my 60s fitter than when I hit 50. I am already half way there thanks to your workouts. Once again Jules thank you for all the work you put in in creating all these amazing workouts for us. It is greatly appreciated. Hey Jules! I made sure to allow enough time this afternoon for this workout---WHEW!!! As with all "new" routines, sometimes my left arm is up and yours is down, and my right leg is out, and yours is back. But I keep on moving, and eventually find the right arm-leg routine! Either way, it's exercise! I only have 3 more pounds to lose to reach the "goal weight" that my physician set for me 5 years ago (when I had, um, well, let's just say more than "quite a few" pounds to lose). I work on losing 1 pound, and keeping it off. I don't really worry about the "goal" per se, but rather just concentrate on losing the next 1 pound....and keeping it off. I think I just might make it this year!!!
You've definitely progressed and that's a wonderful thing! The scale definitely doesn't show the whole picture of all the other good things happening inside.

6 miles is fantastic, Charlotte! The addition of arm movements in these videos, along with some strength training will provide some needed strength in addition to the walking you already do. I'm 75 and except for the "fast pace" intervals when I just kept steppping, I kept up with you for the whole time thanks to the Jane Fonda workouts I used to do in my 30s through 50s. I have impaired vision so because you're wearing a blue shirt in front of a blue blackground you're invisible to me except for your black leggings unless I get 6" frtom the screen. 😁 II haven't exercised in a long time, but I do ride my bike 10 months of the year for 30 to 50 miles a week. It's 12°F outside so this is just what I need!

Thank you! You can definitely mix it up and do 2 15-20 minute ones, or a longer 30-40 minute one. Both are beneficial:) Just do what works with your schedule and energy level each day.

Thank you for this work out and your motivation. I appreciate that you mentioned to focus on non scale victories. That is what I have been focusing on the last two months instead of quitting since I haven’t been losing. I am exercising every day to your videos and stretching. I can now do all the fast intervals without stopping. My next goal is to do your 10,000 step workout. I have gotten up to 5,000. I need to stretch even more because I am feeling sore in my hamstrings and IT band. I even got up early on Christmas and got my workout in before everyone woke up. I have seen that it is helping my mental health. Next goal is to start seeing some weight loss.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Michelle. The scale definitely doesn't show everything. The fact that you feel better physically, and that you're noticing a difference in your mental health are great reasons to continue. The scale will start to move, but it happens at a different rate for everyone. Just keep moving and focusing on the NSV's and the rest will follow. One thing to add if you're not doing in order to see more progress, is strength training. It really makes a difference with speeding up the metabolism. I have strength training calendars on my website which you can follow if you need some ideas.
Way to go Michelle!! Thats very inspirational. I am not losing either but down a few inches. I am going to dial in my eating habits next.

Finally got around to doing this and it was tough! Ive not worked out for a while due to injury and seasonal ailments( cold and flu running rampant here). Loved the intervals but I need to remind myself that intervals = sports bra! I will be 60 in 2025 and I am determined to head into my 60s fitter than when I hit 50. I am already half way there thanks to your workouts. Once again Jules thank you for all the work you put in in creating all these amazing workouts for us. It is greatly appreciated. Hey Jules! I made sure to allow enough time this afternoon for this workout---WHEW!!! As with all "new" routines, sometimes my left arm is up and yours is down, and my right leg is out, and yours is back. But I keep on moving, and eventually find the right arm-leg routine! Either way, it's exercise!
I only have 3 more pounds to lose to reach the "goal weight" that my physician set for me 5 years ago (when I had, um, well, let's just say more than "quite a few" pounds to lose). I work on losing 1 pound, and keeping it off. I don't really worry about the "goal" per se, but rather just concentrate on losing the next 1 pound....and keeping it off. I think I just might make it this year!!!
You've definitely progressed and that's a wonderful thing! The scale definitely doesn't show the whole picture of all the other good things happening inside.
It sounds like you will definitely be reaching it this year!
