Saw this show. Just got tickets to Blossom on Sept 24th. Cannot wait to see what he does this time! It's been almost a decade. Nitzer Ebb and Ministry opening. So freaking excited!!!!!
I am 45. I was addicted to N.I.N. when I ran away from foster care in 1992, and my best friend's sister played Pretty Hate Machine to calm me down. I was pregnant when I was 17, and when my son would kick hard, I would play Pretty Hate Machine for him through headphones. He'd stop kicking. He was born in 1997, and he LOVED Trent his entire life. In 2016, he died from Cardiomyopathy, at 19 years, 2 days old. Just a few minuets ago, I was sitting on my living room floor having a breakdown crying. I said it loud, "I miss you f*cking much Dakota. I wish you were here. " I finally stopped crying enough to go switch over my laundry. Headphones on, and phone in pocket. But nothing playing. Start walking out of the apartment, and this song suddenly comes on. "😮 I think my son just told me what he thinks of still being alive. 👻
ABSOLUTELY! INSANELY RAD!!! NIN entertains you to an all-immersive experience rather than just a concert!! It's a show I'll never forget, I saw them in 2008. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You should watch the version uploaded by Rob Sheridan! He’s the art director and the guy who’s designed the lighting for NIN’s shows, this one’s a lot less elaborate but just as beautiful ua-cam.com/video/ExY-u_VX4rA/v-deo.html
Damn. This song is AWEsome. On twitter I just shared this and said, "The best part of being asleep for years is waking up." If I'd had more room to write I would have finished by saying, "...waking up to music I haven't heard." L
Trent's gyrations are magical behind that one of a kind light display. I love his reserved hidden arms behind his back. He moves to the music hypnotically. It must be amazing to embrace that energy from an audience.
[Verse 1] If I were you I wouldn’t trust A single word I say Think by now You should know Nothing’s going To change [Chorus] Can I ask you something? What did you expect? So disappointed With what you get Do you ever want to Just get out of here? So disappointed You disappear [Verse 2] Look at you Superman With all the world To save You think by now You’d figure out That nothing’s going To change And I am part of the reason [Chorus] Can I ask you something? What did you expect? So disappointed With what you get Do you ever want to Just get out of here? So disappointed You disappear 09/09/19
It was interesting for a one-off, but you risk getting into a cringe, geezer rock band territory, adding and adding new permanent band members and instruments
I would be soooo pissed if i didn't get to see this in person.. As good as the video is, it was even better when it filled your entire field of vision.
I love Trent, but this performance made me not like the studio version of the song. Trent Reznor is just too god damn good of a vocalist when he's on stage.
Reznor sure does some cool technical stuff at his concerts. Saw the Nails at the Gorge in George, Washington. It was when their album The Fragile was new and A Perfect Circle opened for them. The Gorge in George, Washington is an awesome place for concerts. It's a natural amphitheatre.
Also the intro is the best of the 4. I'm biased by Leonard Cohen however. Season 4 intro had a 90's 5th grader music video director vibe. Tte song was fine, but where were the silhouettes of the characters. Where is the odd dark water color overlay effect?
Was at the Detroit show on this tour. Friggin amazing. Those mesh LED screens were so wild, everyone was blown away. And the songs in the set were amazing! All in all, great show, definitely in my top 3.
Gee whiz...I would love to attend a show like this, without the stadium seating! The first and only time I've seen NIN thus far I was in the front ish row and it was all seating, so no movement, the limitation was terrible :( And the stage presence was just sooo...eh. It was unfortunate, but still amazing. Hope to see them again SOON!
Can I ask you something? What did you expect? So disappointed with what you get - do you ever want to, just get out of here? So disappointed - you disappear...
Wait, where was this recorded? They did a very similar light show during the 2013 Tension tour show in Vancouver, but it's hard to tell if it's this one.
ur a genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. im 24 and I was supposed to be at ur palm beach 2014 performance and of course my fiancés new truck decides to break down which it has never done that before and we lost our tickets money and we lost out on seeing you guys and all im thinking is im 24 and shyt!!!!! how many great musicians do I have to miss out on. i wasn't born early enough to see Janis Joplin jimmy Hendrix, nirnava, sublime i can go on and on about so many bands i wish i could of seen and then i have tickets for nin and im looking forward to it for months for this shyt to happen, ugh!!!!!. sorry if i sound like a little brat but honestly my generation of music doesn't suck completely but cmon there is nothing like the bands that came out in the early 90s
man this was pushing the envelope, watching this live felt like I was drifting into the abstract.
...In terms of how you see yourself?
Sounds like Thom Yorke's solo stuff.
Sometimes..i think I can see right through myself..
@@Daddymatt00 Well, I'm less concerned
about fitting into the world..
..your world that is
THE BEST LIGHTING F-X I'VE EVER SEEN. KEEP ON ROCKIN NIN. SEE YOU ON THE NEXT SHOW.
Did you go to Lights in the Sky?
One of the best concerts I've ever been to.
Saw this show. Just got tickets to Blossom on Sept 24th. Cannot wait to see what he does this time! It's been almost a decade. Nitzer Ebb and Ministry opening. So freaking excited!!!!!
I wish this song outro turned into a 2 hours massive rave
Still, after all the times I've seen NIN live, it's the most consistently amazing show! You get so much more than your money's worth. Just... wow

My heart goes out to you and your poor baby, taken at such a young age.
To this day, i still can't understand how something so great came to existence
Those lights are superb
I loved the Tension Tour and Moment Factory made these shows incredible. When the stage was surrounded by a "3D" box of LED light, I was blown away.🔥
Whatever it cost for those lights it was worth it.
Totally brill!!

Absolutely mind blowing live
nine inch nails never fails to impress
must be so cool liveee
there is literally nothing not phenomenal about this - performance, mix, lights, just UHUrjifojeiowaJIOJDIOJD
Trent's killing it!
Love it
I love nin ♡♡
I love that little wiggle jiggle dance he does during the instrumentals
I always die around 5:26 when it looks like he's about to sing again but then is just like, "Nope. Imma dance some more." 🤣
@@GoryRory same 🤣🤣

La mejor mezcla de música y luces que he visto

i saw NIN back in the 90s in Mtn View, Ca. outside, at night, fuckin cool ass show!

NIN @ The Sphere Vegas
🔥 🔥 🔥
So glad my son turned me on to this bible
Didn't know that the intro of the song was played in a Top Gear episode, when they prepare their cars to go to Chernobyl
It will be like thiss the concert in colombia next aprill??? !!!
SO FUCKIN' AMAZIN'!!!! NIN NEVER DISAPPOINTS.... EVER! ^v^
My religion definitely high 5robby my son for giving me relgion!
Are we having fun yet ...
The backup singers are good on a lot of songs but they just don't mesh in this one, mostly during the chorus. I like them during the bridge though.
Saor alba
Yes; yes I am disappointed, for I wish for hell to pinion me down. Instead, I suffer in a state of flux.
Fuck dísappointed Again :/
songs about obama
skyler theresrot 👎
skyler theresrot it's about America now. You guys use to be alright.
nope, not my kind of music :p moving on to metal haha, awesome show though
Try the downright spiral
Seeing this live gave me fucking insane acid flashbacks, and i've never even taken acid before.
Trent would be impressed
Try it then. You might NOT be 'disappointed', lol...
This is probably one of the coolest live shows ever.
Indeed
Right on time😎
I like how the songs sound different live then the albums. Almost some live versions better
@@tyrex1430 and every tour has different musicians and feel to it. Has anyone else released as many live performances?
Where the HELL is the complete video of this concert? Someone help me out here! Jesus Christ--this is fucking incredible!!!
Probably too late 😊, but just in case...

I was blown away when I saw this live. We need a tour soon. Been too long
5:05 trent's moves get real.
nottahippo1 he is planning one the last quarter of this year, 2020
this effects are so fucking awesome!!!
[Verse 1]
If I were you
I wouldn’t trust
A single word
I say
Think by now
You should know
Nothing’s going
To change
[Chorus]
Can I ask you something?
What did you expect?
So disappointed
With what you get
Do you ever want to
Just get out of here?
So disappointed
You disappear
[Verse 2]
Look at you
Superman
With all the world
To save
You think by now
You’d figure out
That nothing’s going
To change
And I am part of the reason
[Chorus]
Can I ask you something?
What did you expect?
So disappointed
With what you get
Do you ever want to
Just get out of here?
So disappointed
You disappear

Amazing seeing them live will make you become a fan if you are not already. NIN never stop!
the cube is so cool
You should see Deadmua5, all light shows have been ruined for me since.
Anyone else just love those ladys doing back up? Streight up like syrens. Id definitely wreck my ship trying to see what that soud was 😂
been Round a while.Still kick a significant amount of ass.
I loved the show, never have I been involved in something so gorgeous.
Those two singers really add a punch to the songs and just make them better.
cutting edge
Much wow
I Agree Kakihara.
love it so much i named my 1st born "fried abortion"
It was interesting for a one-off, but you risk getting into a cringe, geezer rock band territory, adding and adding new permanent band members and instruments
Fuck... Reznor just keeps upping the bar...my god...

NIN I LOVE YOU ! THE BEST CLEAR MUSIC, NICE RHYTHM +CLEVER LOGIC TEXT+ SUPER VOCALS!!!
Viaje de Guatemala a Washington para ver a NIN, valió la pena totalmente!!!
I love Josua Eustis, I feel so bad don't see in México, Im broke my little heart!!
This song is a very addictive drug.
Trent having fun, and we love it!
i can't stop listening to this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Waiting for Kraftwerk to appear.
2019 still awesome
Distortion in the cube FTW. God it just fits so well.
Art in its highest form.
I saw NIN on this tour.. beautiful dynamic stage and lights.. out of the 8 times I have seen them this tour is definitely a favorite..

FYI put in the headphones or use speakers

I am blown away by this video every time I see it.... simply, visually, stunning!
Still the most incredible show out there

I've seen nin once at red rocks and this fence was there. So badass. I think it was 2006 or 7
Magical gyrating... I wondered what it was----NOT disappointed
the light show totally justified the ticket prices this tour.
This by far was the most amazing rendition of a song I have ever witnessed......
Muy bueno la primera vez que escucho algo así
Can I ask you something? What did you expect? So disappointed with what you get - do you ever want to, just get out of here? So disappointed - you disappear...
Saw the 2014 show and they had the same light show. unforgettable!!!
2:50 on is the coolest thing i have ever seen
Did he whisper "let's dance"?
Beautiful performance
Somebody know who is the scenographer/stage designer, please?
Moment factory
Never there was a show before with such amazing lighting and never there will be again. Am happy and sad at the same time :P
I WAS AT THAT SHOW 20 FEET STAGE FRONT IN ATLANTA YEARS BACK AND THAT STAGE SET WAS KICK ASS!! BITCHN!!
Im disappointed i didn't get to see this light show in real life 😢😊
One if the most incredible things I've ever seen at a Live concert
I feel like I'm in a bathhouse listening to this kind of music
...and there talking about David Bowie
I love Hesitation Marks, it reminds me soooo much of PHM! It's way better than PHM, and PHM is one of my top 5 reznor releases.
#10 !! LUV it!!
❤hiya❤
Oh how I like dissonance in NIN. Just beautiful!
what fixture of the structure is being used?
I remember when this was new!!!!!!
Your too smart for your own good Trent Reznor .. . =D
