  • It's no secret that MirrOlure MirrOdine's are the most talked-about product here at Flats Class and that's simply because they catch fish! We sell thousands of these plugs every year in all types of color schemes to give every angler who follows Flats Class a chance to be successful when using these plugs on the water no matter where it is you might be fishing. I've talked about it sporadically throughout other videos on the channel and posts that I've made on social media but I decided to make one organized video talking about why the MirrOlure MirrOdine is the best bait hands down!

Simply the best tutorial in the business and it’s free! I just ordered and received my C.A. lures. I’ve caught more fish from watching Flats Class than any other program available.

My buddy lives in the keys and has baby tarpon under his dock. He says no one had caught one or got one to bite in 20 years. I dropped a Mirrodine in front of one and it couldn't resist! Fish on! Lol

Had never caught anything on a mirrordine until I watched an old video of yours, now catch at least a fish every time I throw one. Including my PB 25” trout

Awesome info! I only take two rods out, a paddle tail setup and my hard bait setup. I have the ez money 17mr tied on now. I also got the sweet home Alabama, but it looks so cool, I almost just want to keep it as a collection piece.

I love all your tips! Another great video. I am now catching more and more fish, mostly inshore. I would really like to know the blue landing net you are using and the size. I can’t seem to find out the information on your shows or videos, and it looks like a nice one to use. Thanks for all your help!

SJB is one of the hardest bays to fish for redfish, and getting harder every day with the grass disappearing.

Thanks for the great info CA. Do you always twitch with the rod tip going up or is it ok to do it in a tip down (do you use the tip up or down twitches in different scenarios). Thanks as always for the help

Another great video ,thanks! Do you ever use any scent's on your hard baits? I used to love the old Carolina Lunker sauce saltwater gel for hard baits. But cant find it anymore. Just wondering what you use ,if you even use any scent. Might even be an idea for a new video in the future "scents".

I've started using the Mirrodine more and more. There are some Yozuri twitch baits I like too the small gold one with the black back in particular. I may be a little unconventional with the Mirrodines I use them for redfish more than trout and a lot of times I'm ripping it pretty fast with the retrieve because I'm casting it basically on the bank and gradually slow my retrieve down as the water gets deeper. I've found it a very effective way to get reaction bites especially at low tide. Also I'm a little curious about your thoughts on hook color and treble with the flash and feathers tied on. I think it looks more like you picked up algae or trash or something and doesn't work very well. I do think gold hooks might have some benefits though I haven't tried it but I'm thinking about giving it a try.

Hi CA for the casting rod for Mirrodines all day to pair with a Curado DC what Teramar do you recommend? Would it be the shimano txsc70m? I see med power but only fast action for the 7ft series?

Would NEVER fish 8lb line in Texas...dont like breaking off bull reds 😂 Happy to stand side by side with my 15lb braid and go fish for fish with you though🍻🎣🤙🏻. You might get one or two more for your tiny bit of extra distance, but I am not breaking the giants off...and you will.

Good bait, BUT!!!! the rattles always get stuck, and in the texas heat they blow up like a blimp and wont sink after 1 season.... so not worth it, unless academy has them on sale for a buck.
